Fuddruckers, Webster TX

Service was good. Ordered a ¹/³ burger and beyond burger. The beyond was cold and super thick but the manager made it right. Its super busy because the other Fuddruckers closed down. So prepare for a wait. Took 30+ minutes for our food during lunch time.

Used to eat at Fuddruckers on nasa rd 1 and this one since Nasa rd1 closed food isn't as tasty as it was 3 stars

Only took a star away because of the gal behind the register. She was also the only one who could make shakes. We finished our entire meal, and my husband and son were still waiting for their shakes. Other than that the food was great!

I wish I knew the young men who gave us our food. He was kind. I'm allergic to onions and he had them remake my burger. I want to thank him. Good burgers.

Serive is horrible the young man taking order was rushing me and no one was in line, I asked for burger well done his comment was its a 1/2 it will be well done.gets burger still little pink not well done to me, I ordered grilled onion got grilled onion skin but I ended up eating tomatoes and pickles and fresh onion from the bar. And my fries where perfect with the melted cheese, Tea was very weak. Over all hadn't been to a Fudrukers in years and well coming to this one I know I haven't missed anything in them years

Aways a must stop when coming and staying in Texas. They have some of the absolute best burgers around! I'm not big on ground meat but I will eat a great burger from here. They also have some of the best milk shakes there is in and around town.

It took 50 minutes to get our food. The food was cold and fries undercooked. The manager was extremely rude to all customers.

Really good burgers! Some Fuddrucker's have gone down in quality over the years, not this one. Everyone was friendly and food was prepared fresh, hot and fast. On a side note, I accidentally put BBQ sauce instead of ketchup on my bun and when I offered to pay for another one, the manager just handed me one with a smile and would not take my money. Very cool! Small things like that will keep us coming back.

Cashier james was rude and should not be in front. Little to no customer service. Food was good as always but rude customer service will make you not want to go back.

Tables were little sticky aside from that the restaurant seems pretty clean. Fuddruckers typically has two cheese selections this place only had one. The cheddar cheese have the consistency and taste of boxed macaroni and cheese cheese. The cheese in my opinion is what makes Fuddruckers stand apart from the other Burger restaurants. A little disappointed.

So I just now called up here to talk to the manager about a job and told her I put in a application and wantes to kbow if they was hiring and she straight told me that she dident have time for that.very rude and unprofessional.how you gonna deny me a job cause you don't have time y'all need new a new manager

One of the better burger chains, almost on par with Five Guys. Build your own burger, so you get to make it exactly the way you want.

This place is horrible! Buns greasy and half burnt. I Ordered mushroom swiss burger. The mushrooms tasted old and burnt. My bun had grease dripping out of it. My son ordered the bourbon burger. He couldn't eat it. He said it was horrible. Our fries were cold on the middle. The fans on the cookers were so loud we couldn't hear each other to talk. Most of the staff barely spoke English. We won't be coming back to this location.

The worst service I’ve had in a very long time. The good news is I got a full refund and Juan the Assistant Manager was very gracious. Maybe just a bad night?

Will not go back. This was our 2nd and last visit. Our first visit wasn’t pleasant b/c the staff was just rude. Today was our 2nd visit. After 30 min of just sitting there waiting for our food, we asked for a refund and went elsewhere. We even had a hard time communicating with the cashier. She didn’t know a lot of answers to our questions. Our table was filthy and the soda machine kept shaking. This is the worst Fuddrucker’s I’ve been to.

Great food. Tables aren't wiped down, so it looks dirty. We had to wipe our table off before we could sit and eat.

We ordered online thru door dash and we were over charged n shorted food. Mgr blamed door dash person for not getting all our condiments we had asked for our burgers.

We (family of 4) ordered and it took 30 minutes to complete 3 of the orders. My husband ended up NOT getting his food at all. They refunded our money which is great, but we waited over an hour and he didn't get to eat. Will not be returning.
