Fuego Tortilla Grill, College Station TX

The food is usually good, but from the moment you pull up to the moment you leave the customer service will remind you why you don't stop here especially at night. Which is a shame because it is one of the only late night places in the area. Also the manager can't keep his money right. Tired or not he shorted me purposefully after getting the right amount the first time. Beware the food is the only reason I left any stars. That's if the order taker would take the job serious and get it right without quickly cutting you off everytime you try to speak.

Fuego is always a must when visiting college station just be aware their tacos are huge! So come in hungry. I love the taco “El presidente”

The wait staff was very helpful and quite attentive during our meal. We were in town for the day and decided to check it out based on the many positive reviews posted here. But sadly the food didn’t live up to the hype.
The portions are huge, so you really only need one taco per person and if you think you need more, just order the queso and you’ll be good, I promise. Not sure exactly which items I ordered, something with chicken and another with brisket. The tacos had a ton of sauce, which normally I wouldn’t mind, but I didn’t like the sauce. It was some sort of creamed corn sauce, which as a personal preference I don’t care for, but even my husband said it was off-putting. Maybe it’s something the college kids enjoy, but I have to be honest, Torchys is far superior and around the same price point. I also felt really crummy after eating here, which is a shame since my family spent about $40 for lunch for two tacos each, a kids taco, and queso. Just not a stellar experience given the price and hype.

The tacos here were delicious and wow do you get a lot of food! The pricing is similar to Torchy's Tacos so I was expecting the amount of food to be similar. I ordered 3 tacos thinking they would be small but I could only finish 1.5, you definitely get alot of bang for your buck here. I'm also picky about my fries and their fries are nice and crunchy, so they passed my fry check. If I'm ever back in College Station I will be coming back here for sure.

Thought that one taco would be a bit sparse for a meal but the tacos were huge and I can really recommend the Presidente.fabulous!

Upon returning from Cabo San Lucas, we found ourselves craving tacos from Fuego - and they completely satisfied us all. (The french fries are surprisingly good too.)

I just ate here while in town on business. The manager was super helpful in picking out a safe option for lunch since I can’t eat wheat and dairy. The rotisserie chicken was very good. It was tender, juicy, and very tasty. The only complaint I have is the portion size was quite small. The fries were pretty good and I liked the seasoning they used on them. Next time I’d probably order a double portion of the rotisserie chicken to have more to eat. Overall a great experience here.

Best tortilla soup I have ever had. It was all well cooked chicken. It had a very good seasoning and overall flavor.

The tacos are huge. Carne guisada was great. Grilled steak was also very good.

Overall a definite regular visit kind of place.

2nd time that Thad the manager is rude. While I am finishing up paying my friend sat down due to having an ankle injury. He made him get up even after he said I was already paying he said he didn't care. I am sorry but who treats their paying customers like that.

Roy went above and beyond for our services today. He made sure our meal was excellent experience which we needed after the kind of night we had.

I can't stop going back, but I have to say the hand that salts the Buffalo Bill is heavy at times.
Love them tacos though

If you are hungover, hangry or housed in without food late at night - I am telling you this place is fast, cheap and the food is banging.

However, watchout if you are tracking your salt intakes.

Roy was super accommodating today and made our visit 10 outta 10! He made sure everything was brought out promptly! Even brought us extra spoons for our dessert and to go bags! We had the best experience after a long shift this morning. Will be back! Thank you!

Wow! This place is a amazing. They make what seem to be very healthy, filling, and tasty tacos. Not only that, they serve their food in a very quick manner. I personally suggest the El Presidente taco.

Tried this place last night and the food was actually decent. Didn’t really like the chicken and waffles and the older man bringing out orders was extremely rude. He definitely wanted us to leave, I was intrigued by the turn over time and how busy it was, as I am a server. We ate inside but order food for a friend Togo, once finished and the older man continuously came to the table with his snippy comments about me watching what was happening. He walked over the last time and bagged our food we ordered inside very aggressively, even though we were still waiting on the Togo food, basically telling us to leave. I really like the chorizo taco so I might go back but I’ll never sit inside again. He gave me “you do not belong here” vibes.
