The fried Goyza is DELICIOUS! I also love the spicy tuna roll, and spicy tuna California roll. One of my favorite local spots!

Maki and uramaki rolls were great. My wife loved her vegi rolls (avocado (add jalapeno) and sweet 16). My daughter loved hers and I loved mine. Best sushi in Corsicana. Try the Dinosaur Egg appetizer. It was great.

First time trying Fuji, and I was not a big fan of it. The gyoza, miso soup, and California roll were decent. So we were pretty hopeful, but our entrees were not tasty at all. My husband ordered the Mixed (chicken/shrimp) noodles, and I ordered the spicy ramen. The portion sizes are huge, but the whole entree is mainly bland egg noodles. There’s hardly any protein. And the spicy ramen was very bland with no spice or flavor at all. The boiled egg in my spicy ramen was overcooked so it had that gray film on the yolk, which made the egg taste disappointing. The small amount of protein in our meals were, again, very bland. But unfortunately that’s all we ate from our entree to at least get our moneys worth because the 2 pounds of bland egg noodles were not even worth eating. We ended up leaving almost all of the noodles. We also were a bit uncomfortable hearing the chefs yelling back and fourth to other employees. I’m sure for a small town this restaurant is decent, but I would travel elsewhere.

Rude waitress for take out orders. Find someone nice! And the guy talking on the phone the whole time he was making the order well more on the phone then doing the order. I reported the store to
Doordash do better. Us delivery drivers don’t deserve to be treated poorly. We have a time limit to deliver these orders if we are late our rate drops and affects our job as a delivery driver. Do better!

I love their rolls and shrimp tempura appetizer. Their food always taste really good and fresh.

Kind, helpful staff and absolutely delicious food. The very best miso soup I have ever had. Ever. Looking forward to my next cuisine adventure at Fuji's!

The main reason my rating Isn't a 5, was because I pointed to my 3yo when the server was looking at me and i told her I would like to get my son the miso ramen. He did not eat it. He said it was spicy, in front of her. She didn't say anything, just gave me a "yeah I know" look. So we had to still pay for it, as we didn't know it wasn't what we ordered.
She put in spicy miso ramen, which I did not know until we went to pay.

Stopped here on our way home to central TX. I had the Flaming Lips roll. It was soooooo good. The salmon was perfectly cooked. The cream cheese was melty. The heat level was barely there so you could enjoy every slice. Super happy we stopped.

Weirdly enough it’s an amazing place, I like the food and the atmosphere and the staff are kind, it’s always lovely to go there! Also their dinosaur eggs (aka monkey brain) made me and my partner obsessed!

They have amazing chicken fried rice! And shrimp fried rice! Definitely worth Chinese night!

I go to Fuji sushi all the time. The last two times have been disappointing. I had to wait forever to use the bathroom, it was so long that the waitress banged on the door to get them out, just to find out it was one of the workers in there playing on their phone.the next time I ordered to go. I got the Gulfport sushi roll, I took one bite and realized it was fishy. I’ve had their white fish before in an other roll called (out of control roll) which wasn’t fishy at all. I went back in to tell them that my roll was fishy and I would like to see if I could swap it for another roll that was the same price since I already paid $13.95 for the roll that was fishy. The guy insisted that his fish was “fresh” and wouldn’t do anything about it since I just didn’t like the roll, which wasn’t the case. If I’m a loyal customer that had the white fish in other rolls and enjoyed it, then why would I just “not like” this one roll. You can get the same quality sushi at H‑E‑B and that’s where I will be going from now on.

This place has some of the most delicious food. Excellent presentation and most of all, fresh. If you like this kind of food, then this is your place. Give these folks a try. It's fantastic!

Legit the best restaurant in town and thats saying alot. Jokes aside, this is a must go to place and the food is very delicious.

Really good! Very friendly service and delicious food. Prices were pretty good compared to other sushi places I've been to. They also had hot tea and sake which was a great bonus

The food was delicious. Our favorite roll was the Corsicana roll. Miso soup was very good as well. Customer service was nice and quick.

Oh my goodness, my first time there. Me daughters brought me and it was absolutely delicious and so very reasonable on the price. Will difinitley be back
