Fullers Towing & Recovery, Tyler TX

My worst towing experience ever in my history of trucking with this company. They're nothing short of thieves; don't consider them for any towing needs. We're a small trucking company, and when our truck broke down, we called them for help, specifically asking for a flat price. Diana initially tried to give me a cost range, but I insisted on a flat rate, and she agreed, unless unforeseen circumstances, like a trailer tire falling off, occurred there won’t be any extra charge. In the end, when the driver reached the destination after dropping off the trailer at the truck stop, they demanded an extra $220, citing it as a fee for the trailer drop because of the time it took, which was already part of our agreement. When I questioned this, she started threatening, saying our truck was still hooked to theirs, and they would bring it back and impound it. This is unacceptable. I will never do business with them again.

Tow company is crooked. Asked to speak with a manager and the woman never transferred me. My vehicle was involved in an accident and TPD called to have them come out to tow. I was a mile down the road from my destination and the driver informed me in order to take it that far I would need pay $300. Call to check on total cost to receive my vehicle the next day and the tow yard informed me it was $190. In order to get it back to me and where I needed it I would need to pay an additional $100 hook up fee. To get it towed back to dfw it’s $3.50 per mile. Now today she informed me it’s $4.50 a mile plus and extra $122 hook up fee. Man yall beware before using this company. They are scamming and nobody knows what they’re suppose to be charging customers. This is worse than going into the donut shops. They’ll back up wrong information so they won’t have to correct all the misleading information provided by their drivers!

I had a great experience with this company. They towed me to where I needed to go, almost 2 hours away in total. I'd use the again if I needed a tow in their next of the woods.

Darryl was extremely professional and kind; a rare combination. He was so meticulous about picking up my truck without scraping or dragging it along the pavement. The experience couldn't have gone better. When I initially called on the phone I was listened to and treated with respect. At $179 for an in-town tow, the cost seemed reasonable as well. I would use them again and again! Thanks Darryl!

All I have to say is WOW! Fullers tried to go above and beyond to get my car that was wrongfully taken by Crow towing. My super friendly driver, called me and helped me make arrangements for them to pick my car up after crow messed up.

He even sent a message after he dropped my car off, not to mention drove from Tyler TX to Palestine TX! How amazing! Highly recommend
