I have been working with the wonderful folks at Fully Promoted (formerly EmbroidMe) for many years on different projects and am a totally satisfied customer! They are friendly, professional and happy to go the extra mile when needed. If something isn't quite right, they will make it right - even when it's no fault of their own. They will sew a sample of your logo on different color fabrics to help you decide. The work is always top notch. My "go to" place for custom embroidery every time!

I recently had the chance to order some promotional items and giveaways for a breakfast for 500 people. Fully Promoted Conroe did deliver these items super fast within a few days as I was worried I wouldn't have them on time. She did communicate with me through every step of the process and re-assured me the goods would arrive on time for the event. Fully Promoted Conroe made me look so good for the event and I strongly recommend you contact them.

If I could give negative stars I would, buyer beware! These poeplp are crooks. They wanted $90.00 dollars for digitizing + cost for embroidery on a hat and cost of hat. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never call them for anything when the other 4 places I researched on average was $55.00 to $65.00 dollars for one hat.

This place is horrible, customer service and owner are horrible. I can not put 0 stars, if I could, i would.
I called yesterday to ask if they have a jacket from my daughter's school and if it was available. They said yes, they informed me that they had what i needed available. I drove an hr. Just to find out that the embroidered jacket was not available. She told me i hadn't asked if the EMBROIDERED version was available, which is a very idiotic answer. If I'm asking for a specific school jacket, its supposed to be embroidered already. Because i was super mad, she told me she would take the jacket to my daughter's school. I specifically told her it was the junior high building, not the elementary. And of course, she dropped it off at the elementary building. This place is very disorganized, unprofessional, and they don't even know what they have in stock. Thank God I won't have to buy from this place again.

We use Fully Promoted for ALL our promotional products. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and their product are of the highest quality. If you have a small business and really want to grow it you should definitely give JoAnne or any of their staff a call.

Place is a joke. Brought an item in and was informed they couldn’t customize it because I didn’t purchase the sweatshirt from them. My wife was in the business so I know what it entails. All about the money. Not to mention my one item was going to be a$20-$30 job Don’t waste your time going here as an individual. It might Be worth it if you are looking to spend hundreds or thousands with them through your business.

Staff is super helpful & Nice! I had never worn scrubs before & my company has a contract with them so they told me about the different styles & materials. Unfortunately they didn't have a size that fit me but the girls ordered the style & brand I wanted in my size in my favorite color options I could try on & see if I was comfortable in them & if they fit & I liked them I could take them home asap. Great customer service & make great accommodations for customers!

I got custom shirts done there for my employees. Their prices were very competitive and the embroidered logo for my company looks amazing on the shirts.
