They don’t close at 12 I came at 8: 40 and they didn’t let me wash. Sucks cause I was in a Uber!

It was super clean, lots of seating, and reasonably priced. If you go on the weekend I suggest going before 6PM. That's when it started to become a lot busier.

I'm a disabled elderly widow who takes care of my mother who has Alzheimer's and entrusted these people to do our laundry and return everything clean and folded. However, this is not what happened. On the 8th of August I asked my friend to take mine and moms laundry to this laundry mat because they advertised half price on Tuesdays and plus I'm unable to drive it myself due to being legally blind. We have had to resort to using a laundry service right now simply because both of our health issues limit our ability to do certain things. My friend returned the clothes which were bagged up a day later but due to the fact that within that days time I had to take my mom to the hospital where she we stayed for a week and a half so I never got to take the clothes out and put them away like I normally would. Fast forward to the day we returned home I started pulling the laundry out and putting it up and that's when I noticed that none of my towels were there and my three rugs were missing. The next day my friend and a friend of ours went back to the laundry mat and explained the whole situation to which they said come back today and we'll either find your stuff or make it right. Needless to say that's not what happened. Now they are claiming that they are not responsible and that my friend should have taken everything out of the bags and checked to see if anything was missing when she picked it up. First off who would dig through freshly laundred clothing and secondly she doesn't know what was in there since there was around four loads of clothing. I'm so tired of rude and irresponsible people taking advantage of anyone but especially people who are on a fixed income disabled and elderly guys. It's unbelievable to think that someone would lie about having their laundry (towels and rugs) missing and have to deal with pettiness and basically being accused of not having the missing items in there. Guys the towels weren't expensive and the rugs were from Walmart so all I was wanting was my stuff back or something of equal value. Not only that they said because we have a cat and because there was cat hair on the clothes that were not able to go back there. Well I have news for them I'd never go back to a place that isn't accountable for their actions or responsible for their employees actions. I've taken my laundry to the Wash Em Up laundry mat for the last ten months and have never had one single issue with them. The only reason I tried this place was that they advertised half off on Tuesday and being a disabled elderly widow on a fixed income I truly try to look for the best deal where I can save a little money. However, sometimes it's better to just stick with the businesses that you know are honest hard working individuals who will go above and beyond for their customers. I plan on sharing this on social media as well simply because of their disrespect of other people's property. And because I know that there are many animal lovers like myself who would be up in arms about a laundry mat not wanting a few pet hairs in their washers. I'm not sure but isn't that what a laundry mat is supposed to do? Sorry for such a lengthy review but I'm so over these places that are poorly ran and not responsible for their customers items.

My dryer gave out so had to come here to dry my clothes and the place is very clean. Machines are big and work well. There are rolling baskets here. Change machine is available as well as and atm. As well as detergent and softener. Tables, chairs and benches for waiting.

The place is comfortable, the washing machines work perfectly. Very clean and easy to get to.

Good place, very quiet. The bad thing is that some washing machines do not have good water pressure and the clothes are dry cleaned. Hahaha. Don't use #25.
