Pleasant place to sit down with friends and a beer. Didn't try any of the food, but have heard it's solid. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Good place to start the Fort Worth Ale Trail.

5 stars for service
5 stars for vibe (lots of space with games)
5 stars for events
5 stars for beer. Even though a little hoppy for me they know how to do all the dressings.

Must have: peanut butter stout with camp fire dressing

The beers at Funky Picnic are delicious! I love coming here for all of the cool events they have going on, and trying a new beer while I'm there. My favorite beer here is the Stubby Got Mad Hops, it's a Hazy IPA. I also tried the milk stout last night and got it with s'mores dressing, so it came with chocolate syrup and crushed Graham crackers on the rim and a toasted marshmallow on top. We went there for a comedy show called Claws Out, all female comedy, and it was awesome! Funky Picnic always has great events going on- a few weeks ago I came here on a Sunday with some friends for free yoga from yogasix, and I see that they have more events like this in the future. Looking forward to hanging out here more!

Our new favorite brewery in Fort Worth!

Favorite beers: “two peanut butters, one cup” and “destroyer of weekends”

The food is solid!

We’ll be back!

Fun brewery with several different beers and food. Kid friendly and several games to chose from. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Fantastic place! A nice assortment of beers. German beers that actually taste like they're from Germany. English beers that taste like they're from England. The food is equally good. The only issue I had was the brunch menu. It was the only menu available. I wanted to try other items, but was unable. Looking forward to returning to the brewery to try other beers and food.

Good vibes, tasty beer and lots of activities planned year round. This is the one place where the staff treats you well, the owner is a hard worker and they always have good beer on tap. They care about their customer's experience at Funky Picnic which makes them one of my favorites in Fort Worth. I recommend Funky Picnic to all my friends!

Perfect execution of a brewery. Great tasting unique beer and food, chill atmosphere, a corner for kids to hang out, sassy clever names and decor.

Wow.what a great selection of well made and tasty beers. Add the delicious house brined pickles and German potato salad and it was a great time.

Checked this place out for the first time. Good beers & friendly staff. The brew master was working on a new beer release & gave everyone at the bar a sample. It was goooood, we’ll be back on the release date. Didn’t try the food but for sure next time. Well worth stopping by

Food, service, and the beer! All outstanding! This place has a great vibe, excellent addition to this neighborhood and Fort Worth. Wish these guys great success and longevity. I love authentic places where the staff are all in. Check it out!

Just moved to this Fort Worth and this just seemed like a really fun little place to go.
Tried it out last night with my boyfriend and embarrassingly had to leave before we could even order.
I had neglected to notice that it was trivia night in there and unfortunately between the guy yelling into the mic, and the really exuberant people playing, I got a little sensory overloaded and we had to leave before we could order, it was just TOO loud.
I felt embarrassed about it later as it wasn't the staff's fault at all. The place itself is super cute with a great menu and I really can't wait to come back and try the beers when its a quieter night.
Sorry guys! We'll be back!

Went here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. Our table was cut off after 2 beers in 90 minutes.

Absolutely ridiculous.

The waiter was nice but the manager at the bar wasn’t. Will not be going here again.

This is not a place to have fun or laugh or enjoy yourself.

The beers were good, but it was a bit dead on a Friday evening. The charcuterie was pretty pricey for very limited amount of food. I think the other food options likely provide better value. I'll likely give it another try.

Not only did they let us in early and put on the English Premier League game, but they've given me arguably the best stout ever, Two Peanut Butters, One Cup! I hope you'll come in for the beer and the outstanding hospitality this classy restaurant brewery has to offer! I hear they'll be hosting for the Premier League this season too so if you're a fan, come one, come all! Thank you!

Great food! Beers could use just a little bit of refinement to be all-star level. Friendly staff. Good Atmosphere. Great stuff for a new establishment!

Fort Worth is has a burgeoning craft brew scene, and Funky Picnic makes an exquisitely-crafted contribution. Every detail of Funky Picnic has been carefully thought out. Look for all the fun of an outdoor picnic— family (and dog, if outside!) friendly, with games and spacious seating—in the comfort if A/C.

The menu boasts a well-curated selection of lighter fare that accommodates vegetarians and meat-eaters alike, while leaving room for the main attraction—a great selection of different styles of beer.

Pro-tip: start with the house-brined IPA pickles and order the chips to share! You can add an egg to any sandwich for just $1.

I had the vegan air force sandwich, truly and amazingly good sandwich, hands down best vegan sammie I've ever had. As far as the beers go, pick a style, they have great examples of every style, I especially liked the you wanted a wit and funny accent.

Great place to just hang out and talk. Staff knows their beer and are great to talk to about beer and food. Food is amazing.
