Funny Dog Grooming, El Paso TX

I took my baby here last week and I absolutely loooved it! As soon as I walked in I was received by a yound lady very nice! And baby was seen very fast and was left beautiful (KARINA OR KARLA Was the one who worked on my babe.
She looked like a new little princess. She did not show any signs of mistreat, or nothing. So I was very happy about that too.

I’ve been bringing my Shih tzu here ever since they opened. I personally, have never experienced any issues. Haircuts are always great, and my dog has never showed any signs of mistreatment. Everyone has always been pleasant.

My fur baby came back with loose hair all over and choppy, not blended/faded. He didn't smell clean.

Took my Yorkie and my mom's Shitzu and they came out Smelling clean and cut! Price was cheap and got amazing results! Will make this our spot for the dogs from now on.

First time for our pup. From the time of drop off staff was friendly and made me feel welcome and assured my pup would do well. Thank you great service

Great place! We have 3 dogs we take have never had any issues, pricing is great, not one bad thing to say about this place.

Unfortunately this is not a professional establishment and they do not know what they are doing. They shaved my American Eskimo dog without asking me, and those dog are one of the breeds that can never be shaved because their hair will not grow back. I was shocked and furious and have cried so much. My Dog is 14 and has had a gorgeous white fluffy coat her whole life and now she is depressed because of the loss of her hair. This was devastating to us and as a groomer they should have known you cannot shave an eskie. Please do NOT bring your dogs here.

Good PRICES. THEY DO A GREAT JOD. DON'T NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF VACCINATION. BUT IT BETTER TO HAVE THEM FOR ALL DOG'S. GREAT JOB.

Wow! Groomers don't get in til 9 30am.what!? Wasted whole morning arrived before 8am owner didn't show up left at 8 15am then returned at 8 45 am just to get my puppy's nails trimmed No Groomers poor dogs have to sit in kennel for over hour & half til anyone gets to Them.late! Horrible way to run a business

Horrible service. I ask for a specific Haircut and they left my dog however they wanted. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Couldn't even do his paws right. I called the person in charge and instead of trying to make it right he was rude

They are always friendly and do an amazing job with our little poodle mix. The prices are very fair compared to other places.

Worst experience ever don’t ever take your dogs there they shaved my dog completely! Never again

This was not the first time I’ve taken my dogs to this place and before I was very happy with their work but now I feel like it’s different In a bad way. My dog was very nervous as soon as we walked in and when the lady tried to touch her she growled which has never happened before so I was shocked, they told me to put a muzzle on her which made me feel a little sad because she’s never had to wear one before but for their safety I guess. I just felt uncomfortable leaving her but did, I later went to pick her up and when I got home I noticed that my dogs nail was gone, they had cut off her whole nail! They never notified me or anything, I just can’t believe her whole nail is cut off like it’s obviously noticeable and should’ve let me know. I should’ve trusted my gut and not have left her there. I’m very disappointed with them and will not be going back there ever again.

If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. They burned my cousins dog and cut him up and then put his pictures as their cover photo on Facebook because I guess they are just so proud of harming animals. Just wow. Don’t go to this place! There are many many people on Facebook with proof that they harmed their animals and they’re proud of it and don’t care.
