We came in for a Black Friday deal and left satisfied. Salesman very friendly & staff welcoming as we walked into the door.

This place is definitely better than any high priced furniture store. Ashleys homestore dropped the ball so we went back to the place where we initially bought our first set of furniture and we were more than satisfied. We also were able to get some of the same pieces for almost half the price! Quick delivery and great customer service! We will give them our business anytime!

I purchased a mattress from here in 2019 and it was a good experience. This time I purchased another mattress and Ron was awesome friendly and patient with me. I went in to the store 2 times before I decided on my purchase and each time he was very friendly and helpful. I would also like to point out that the displays are clean and free of smell being that people test them all the time. Thanks for the great customer service Ron.

Don’t purchase ANYTHING from this place! They are crooked! They will tell you your item is brand new but will put “As Is” on the receipt so you can’t do anything if you receive it damaged! Save the headache. Go to Living Spaces or Rooms To Go!

I ordered from this store in March 2021 and still have not received my bedroom set. The guy that answers the phone is absolutely rude as well. I use to buy from them all the time. However, after this last situation I’ll never buy or recommend them again. The communication was horrible and the worker was arguing with me. If I could rate no stars I would.

My husband went to get a couch and love seat and got the set same day. Brought it home and we set it up. He called the guy and was able to get another love seat ordered and he went to pick it up. He brought it home we opened it and was the wrong color ordered. So he called the store and told them. They willing was taking it back as long as there was not a piece of hair or a scratch on it. So my husband loaded it up and took it back and ordered another love seat, even after he was told that it would be at the store. Then was told it would take 6 weeks to get in. After he got home and thought about it he called to cancel it. After he tried to cancel the order he was then told it was going to be a charge to cancel. I called to speak with the manager and no call back. 2 days later I called and she tried to say I was busy and was not able to return your call and was off yesterday. That is not ok. Should still return someone’s call. So she said she would have the manager return our call and he would only talk to my husband because he made the purchase. So of course no return call. My husband called and he was not very customer friendly and wouldn’t let my husband speak. Again asked to cancel the order and the guy was not customer friendly with that answer. So my husband who pretty much was told he couldn’t cancel had called a few times and was told the order has been shipped. Well 2 week later still waiting for a piece of furniture that made this place terrible experience has not arrived. The customer service sucks. They are not customer friendly with your request if it doesn’t go their way. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This place does not adhere to what is mentioned on the paperwork. I went to the store to cancel an order and was told I could not cancel. Clearing the paperwork says I can cancel. Once they made the sale they don't worry about anything else. I even emailed and never received a reply. I called the store on yesterday and was given a story that "the owner went to get the merchandise on Monday and it's on the truck to be delivered tomorrow. " Again, I asked to cancel to the order and was told there is a 30% restocking fee. I didn't make a big deal about that but verified i wanted the order canceled. Maybe 2 hours later received a call from the delivery team. "We have you first. " Seems they don't communicate with each other and tries to force you to receive an order you no longer need.

Sold me a sound bed that does not work. Have been calling for months to try and resolve the issue but they do not seem to be concerned. They never return my calls. 4 months later, issue still not resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I came to this store to get a sofa and some bed sets for my kids. Everything went great until the delivery date. Long story short items were either missing or wrong. I spent almost a week on the phone trying to fix this issue. Talked to 2 different people from different stores even. Ron is a life saver! I came into the store to cancel my whole order and met Ron. He asked what was going on and how he could help. He had solutions ready for me that no one else in his company ever considered. Ron was able to completely resolve my issues within a day. He was really a saving grace for me. I am truly thankful. His customer service is excellent. If you shop here make sure you ask for RON lol.

Cortney was a big help and very friendly and super fun. If you go to this store you should definitely ask for her. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I left this store with relief after she helped me find the things I was looking for. She should be considered for a promotion or a raise.

I bought a dining table which I told to get it in 10 business days which is know more than a month.very bad service when I ask money back they told me they are not giving my money back

Love the problem solving and ingenuity of the owner, Brian, and the help of Josh and Brian's son. My daughter purchased a couch at the Furniture One store on Greenville and picked it up herself, because she wanted to save money on the delivery charge. She found that she couldn't get it upstairs to the second-floor living room because the stairwell was too narrow and steep. Brian and Josh went to the apartment and solved the problem by locating a balcony on the second floor, removing the doors on the second floor balcony, and hoisting it over the railing. It took multiple visits, three people and a lot of ingenuity and strength, but they did it! I so appreciate them going to her apartment to help her solve this nearly insurmountable problem (especially during Covid!). Nice to know that a store owner cares so much about his clients. I will send my daughter back to this neighborhood store in a heartbeat.
