Like many others, they have great customer service! Derek was very kind, patient and friendly. A whole different experience that made us feel comfortable. We originally planned to just "look", but we definitely did more than that. Truly appreciate their service and can't wait to recieve our purchase.

The store had a great selection and I was able to purchase the exact item I was wanting. The sales staff was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They went out of their way to make me happy.

Jacob was very friendly, he gave us his name in case we had questions. I don't like going into furniture stores because sales peeps usually follow us around the store like vultures! He never did that! Great experience!

No pushy sales person following you everywhere! My husband and I were introduced and welcomed then left to shop, we picked out what we wanted and left happy. My only complaint are there restrooms, too many employees standing around for the restrooms to not have been clean. So really 41/2 stars.

I like that they let you walk around to see their furniture and Karitza was very helpful when asked questions.

Went in looking for new couches. Jacob was so helpful, answered all our questions, and let us browse without feeling pressured. Found our couches and was pleased to be able to customize the modular pieces. Great experience and we will be back for future purchases.

No communication, no good customer service, furniture consistently delivered broken.
If you are active duty and expecting furniture within a month of when you buy it, do NOT go here. I purchased furniture in November, and it is February. In December when my furniture was delivered, it was delivered broken. Now it is February and my furniture was delivered a second time broken. I have had to call every week more than twice a week just to make sure what I purchased did get delivered. No customer service, no assistance, and the San Antonio manager is not helpful.
Deliveries are scheduled at incovenient times. Get ready for deliveries to not get to you as scheduled, or come early while you're not home and have to get them rescheduled.
They were going to pick up furniture today for a refund. I asked if they could come before 5pm, and I was told by the San Antonio store that I would have to reschedule for a different day. They showed up an hour early when I wasn't home, because I wasn't expecting them until 5. I didn't get any heads up.
Now I can't contact the manager, because again, poor customer service.
Don't go here. Save yourself some sanity.

Ordered sofa on October 18 and I was said that it will take about 12-14 weeks. I understand COVID situation is affecting all processes but come on its February 2 and I still didnt get it. Special order you said? Yes but this sofa was as transformer from the begining, so how it could be specisl order. If you dont have enough manufacturing personal or delivery so hire couple more. Now I need to wait 3-4 weeks more! 17 week of waiting is not APPROPRIATE at all!

Had a very good experience with sales professional Elia Acosta, she was very patient and informative. No sales pressure, just honest and helpful. Left us alone to make our decision and we did due to her sales courtesy. By the way, Furniture Row has very good selection of all types of furniture, a little on the high $ide, but good quality.
