Would really love to see some softer styles introduced in the showroom. Maybe some French Country mixed in?

So, this review has been updated due to the excellent service we received from the owner, after an issue with our sofa and one of their employees.

We have shopped at FSI for years and have always loved the quality of their work. There was a part that broke on our sofa after only owning it for 6 months. There was an employee who was assisting us and was not very accommodating. However, the owner found out about the issue, called us directly and handled it.
With the owner getting involved, we got our part from Italy within a week and the sofa is working great. We are thrilled with the outcome and will continue to support local businesses like this one.
I have since removed the previous review as it was a bit harsh and not reflective of our experience once the owner got involved. He clearly cares and very upset at the entire situation for us and went above and beyond to make things right. To me, that's what matters. 5- stars in handling this situation, we will continue to be customers of Furniture Source.

We had purchased a cabinet from NFM that was sourced from FSI. We loved it so much that we tried to purchase 2 more when we purchased a lake home. Unfortunately, NFM no longer sold it. I tracked down FSI and even though they are primarily a wholesaler, they do have a beautiful retail store in College Station, TX. We spoke with Kelly several times and decided to purchase two cabinets that they had on their floor. Kelly was wonderful to work with as were all the folks we met there. We really love the look of the cabinets on either side of our fireplace.

We have bought many pieces over the years and have loved them all. DeAnna was such a huge help in our most recent purchases!

We bought a kitchen table and several side pieces from them. They have a fair price for what seems like great product. Unique pieces that you don't see and every furniture store. We will definitely return any time we have a need. Thanks for the great service.

The store doesn't really want to sell all their furniture so don't ask for assistance. What? Well here is my experience. I was impressed with so many wonderful choices so spent time looking around. The item chosen had been sold. I gave them my phone number so they could call within 24 hours when they knew their next shipment arrival date.

I had my doubts after listening to two of them discussing customers and how horrible we were. It was easy for me to hear them while looking at my cell phone. I nailed it correctly; no phone call after three days so I called them. Well, they were all busy and would call me back. Needless to say, no returned call. Never ever have I seen people who worked so hard at refusing my money. NO PROBLEM. Found something even better at Wayfair. Have not looked back.

After one quick trip, I’m obsessed! My husband and I recently had an offer accepted to purchase a house, and although we haven’t closed yet, we know we want to get new and unique furniture. We stopped by just to browse, but we already know we will be back! The staff was very helpful with questions, and the store was filled with amazing finds!

We own several pieces of furniture from Furniture Source International and get so many complements on them! We bought our bedroom set remotely before moving to town and Valerie did an amazing job of helping us choose the perfect pieces for our space. Our wall unit is gorgeous and is a perfect focal point for our open-concept living space. We also had a small issue with a scratch on one piece that was easily taken care of by their team- they came to our home to do the repair at no cost. Great store and great people! Thank you- we will be back soon for dining room chairs!

Called ahead with doubt that they had anything in stock, however, Jennifer assured me they could handle my specific last minute needs in store. She prepared a report showing only what I could get within a week and was a wonderful help. In and out with a beautiful loveseat in under an hour. Staff is wonderful, furniture is top quality, and we will be shopping here again! Highly recommended.

Be warned! I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else.
I bought a ton of accessories and furniture from Furniture Source International in College Station to furnish our new home. It was all delivered on Friday. Today, I returned the items that were not going to work out. I brought in 6 vases today to return. They only had record of me purchasing 5 of the 6. Now, they had this invoice for my vases under a completely wrong name. Nobody I had even heard of. They refused to credit me for the 6th vase. In fact, the credit for the others was given to the random person and I waited for over an hour while they tried to fix and sort it out. I told them I would keep the 6th vase until they could figure out their system and find my invoice. They wouldn't let me keep it! This is a vase they delivered to my house with all of my other items. I told them that was unfair and I was leaving with it, because this was just insane. The owner stood in front of me and threatened to call the police for theft. Seriously? They delivered it to my house and I know I paid for it but their records are a mess. I let her know my husband IS a cop. She insisted I call him, so I did and put him on speaker. He could tell the situation was a little out of control so he said leave the vase there and we would deal with it later. Of course, he didn't realize it was a $300 vase. So, we are out $300 because they can't find their invoice. They have my invoices all messed up so I can't even go through my debt card charges to prove I paid for it. I bought it with several other items.this is definitely the first time anyone has ever threatened to call the police on me.

Staff & Management were nice and professional. Place was full with a lot of very nice furniture.

Hidden gem! Decent pricing on almost any home furniture and patio furniture needed! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Furniture Source International were very helpful when I had a problem with one of my dinning room chairs that I had purchased from them a few months earlier. I brought the chair in to the store with an dirty adhesive spot on the front of the seat. After working on the spot for about 30 min, the area was still not gone. It was better but not gone, so they totally replaced the cushion! What a blessing! They truly want their customers to be happy. I WILL be buying from them again.
