The owner sold me the washer and gave me discount and also gave another discount for delivery fee from $75.00 to $50.00. Very kind and worked with me and even took out the my old washer for free. Definitely best service and best price.

This lady is rude. She will buy everything you have for next to nothing and sell it for full price. She will talk down to you. They have rats and bed bugs in the furniture.yes IN THE FURNITURE.

If you're claustrophobic, don't even try. I've tried to find reasonable options here and have not been successful. When a half broken piece of furniture is more expensive than something new. I'll go elsewhere. Plus, they can't seem to get multiple pieces to one item in the same place.ever. I couldn't even purchase a single headboard because they didn't know if they even had the other parts. Then, I was told that some items have been there for twenty years.it shows!

When I say this place has good deals on furniture. Yesterday I had been to three different furniture stores and each one had very high prices with no good deals. When I pulled up I wasn’t sure because the outside furniture looks old but when I walked in I found beautiful affordable furniture. The own gave me a deal on top of the sale price and the delivery price was cheap. I give them all 5 stars. The owner will negotiate prices with you and will work with you. I’m happy I went plus the furniture I picked was Ashely furniture and I got it for 1000 dollars cheaper than what it was at the Killeen Ashely store.

I went around the Killeen and Harker Heights areas looking for bed frames and mattresses were soo overpriced. Furniture World had everything I needed with half the cost. The owner and the employees were very nice and helpful they also have a financial assistance program if you ask for it. They deliver and assemble your furniture as well, check them out!
