The company was thorough with questions, appointment booking and confirmation follow up. They did require proof of vaccines and any sickness. I love this as many complications and allergies can be transmitted. It feels nice to know the babies are safe.
Marissa the groomer was a joy to work with. You can tell she loves her job. She was prompt and reached out 30 min ahead to say she was on way. She listened and asked plenty of questions to ensure she understood my preferences and expectations on my babies. She met the dogs ahead and played to familiarize with each other.
She was quick, thorough and confirmed my satisfaction before completing.
They looked amazing and were happy after. I will definitely request Marissa again.

I've had several visits by them for my pup, and I have been so happy with every service. Marissa is so sweet and professional, and she is always thrilled to see my pup! She shows him so much care and she is very attentive to his needs, especially with his sensitive paws. She takes the time to address those problem areas, and it has really helped his paw licking. I also love how responsive the company is and how easy they make it to schedule services. I'm really glad I found them!
