Fusion Autoplex, Houston TX

Do not buy any vehicle from this place. They don't maintenance their vehicles before selling them. I bought a used 2014 Ford F150 and its had problems since the first day. It took a month for them to take it to a shop, I waited a week and nothing got fixed. Then I had to wait another month for the same thing, and its still misfiring. Blower motor for the ACs out as well.
I borrowed 3 vehicles from them while I waited for my truck to be fixed, the first one shook while on the freeway, the second one over heated 5 minutes down the street from the dealership, and the third one broke down on my way to work. I had it parked outside my house for a week until they picked it up.
I called the DMV to find out the dealership received my plates and sticker March 4th and I just got them last Friday the 23 of April. I was driving around with expired paper tags for 2 weeks.
After having my phone calls ignored for 2 weeks I went up to the dealership to get the problems resolved and the owner tried to pick a fight with me, threatened to have me physically removed, mind you I was calm the whole time.
This is the most unprofessional car dealership ever.
AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.

Good place to buy a used car. Fair prices, good sales people, need more help, Miguel has to do to much, which makes other customers feel neglected. But they get the job done. Yes Buy here.

Great customer service, a little slow with the process. But they provided a fair price for a good car.

If you live out of state and are looking for a used luxury car call Miguel! It is always scary buying a vehicle you can not drive or dealing with a dealership that is foreign to you. Miguel was very patient and gave me reassurance multiple times when I bought my 2014 BMW X3 35i at he end of 2020. Miguel even went the extra mile and picked me and my mother up from the airport to make things easier for us. Also made sure we had road worthy tires to make the long drive back to Central Arkansas. I am a young buyer who came from out of town to buy a used vehicle. My sales representative was René, and was a fantastic help with the entire experience. Finance Manager accused me of fake documentation! I was and still am so embarrassed and humiliated in front of a dozen people in that place. The accusations had no merit and they never verified any of my information before accusing me of fraud. I have worked my whole life do not steal and do not lie.

This review is about five years late but every time I pay my car note I get pissed off, if I could give them negative stars I would, in 2012, I bought a Jag and a Mercedes from them, less than a year after purchase the jag started having problems, I didn’t think it was a big deal because I purchased a warranty through fusion so I thought, come to find out the $3000 warranty I purchased they never filed, so now they call themselves trying to fix the car and the car never worked the same after that, as far as the Mercedes for 4 of the 5 years I’ve been paying on that car it has not been drivable, after trying to get it fixed and trying to trade it in, I found out that the car had a salvaged title and it was basically worth nothing, none of this was disclosed to me during purchase, I wouldnt send my worse enemy to buy a car from fusion auto plex, don’t do it, stay far away
