Fusion Dental & Braces - Hewitt, Waco TX

Appt at 2: 30. Arrived 2: 28pm. Called back to room at 2: 47pm. Teeth cleaning done at 3: 10. Expected to leave within 15mins after that since that’s all I was there for. Still in room waiting to be seen by Dr… shouldn’t ask for a review before Ive even been seen by Dr or my visit completed. A cleaning appt shouldn’t take over an hour.aside from length of visit all went well.

I have to say they were very nice and bed side was good my little ones weren’t scared at all. They were in and out in no time!

First timers at Fusion. We just moved here earlier this year and I am grateful Fusion had availability way sooner than any other dental office in the area. The dental office was incredibly nice and new and lovely. The dentist and staff took great care of my kids! Looking forward to coming again.

I’ve been coming here since I’ve moved to the area. Love the staff. They have made me feel very comfortable and are very informative. Definitely a better experience than my past dental experiences. They have even been so helpful with my children, who are very hard to please. Highly recommend!

I have visited this site many times in the past and have been happy. My wife and kids have loved it as well. However, the past few visits are less than desirable.

I am not happy with what happened with my wife's care. The dentist was wholly unprofessional as to be visibly upset that a previous filling he had done had come undone, fillings come out sometimes, whoop-de-do, but the dentist took it personally it seemed. My wife is in a great deal of pain right now, and I really don't understand how half of her nose was able to become numb after getting anesthetic shot. This is the second visit in two months in which we have had issues with the dentist. The rest of the staff have been great, but the dentist himself, leaves much to be desired in terms of quality service.

Plus I have pictures of dirty instruments that were to be used on my wife. She was told the dirty instruments were due to glue from the sterilization process.never have i seen that in any dental or dr office. I used to work in a clinic and I would be appalled at instruments that looked like this.

My nephew and I are visiting from CO and had to come in because his cap fell off. They got us in so quickly and took care of it immediately for us! We appreciate all the people who helped us get it fixed quickly as he was in pain. Thank you again!

What a great dental office. Very professional but at the same just a great group that goes way beyond to make sure your dental experience is the best it can be. Dr Boekweg is so kind and comforting and makes sure you know what all your options are for your care. He goes out of his way to make sure your experience is pain free. He makes you feel like you are his only patient, he never rushes you and takes the time to answer all your questions. I didn’t know a dentist like him existed. I am so glad to be a part of the Fusion Dental Family.

Recently back in, I just Love Dr B and his team. They make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. Since I was a child I have always been terrified to go to the dentist, but Dr B is so aware of my fears and truly makes my visit pain free. I am Blessed to be part of the Fusion Dental family.

1st visit here after bad experiences at other dentists in Waco. Those are forgotten! We found the ones who care and are here for people not just paychecks. Thanks Fusion for restoring our confidence in dentists!

I absolutely love going to my appointment. All the hygienist are wonderful and super sweet. The doctors are so nice and very personable. Every time I am there, I feel like family!

Without a doubt the best atmosphere and patient experience I ever had at a dentist's office. Staff was outstanding with my kids and the dentist was extremely friendly and likable. The office uses state-of-the-art equipment and staff is very clear with instructions and keeping the patient informed. Everyone hates going to the dentist, but here they make it as pleasant of an experience as possible.

Hopefully I'll feel the same way after I spend an hour being drilled into like an oil rig going for "Black Gold" in West Texas. Please have some N2O available for me.

Dr. Chaney and his team are wonderful! They make going to the dentist the least stressful possible. I would highly recommend Fusion Dental.

Fusion Dental is a great place for orthodontics. My daughter has been going there for about six months and every time they are so nice and accommodating from their front office staff to Dr. Luca. Great service in a relaxing atmosphere with fair pricing! We highly recommend!

Fantastic! Dr. Chaney is so good! Kind, patient, explains what is going to happen. The entire staff was friendly. His assistant was so kind and fun to talk to! Even the music they played was fun. I can’t recommend this practice enough!

I had a cap fall out on my front tooth during my stay in Hewitt Tx. I looked aweful. Dr Boekweg was so kind to help me out and did an amazing job. I’m so thankful he could help me. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

They are AMAZING! I have been a patient there since the beginning & don't plan on going to anyone else. The staff is so friendly & they even remember their patient's name. Dr B & Dr Luca always make you feel at ease & talk to you like they've always known you. Love them & their service so much that I transferred my kids to their practice.

Wow! This office is beautiful! Staff was so nice and friendly. Doctors truly listened and answered all my questions. Smelled and looked very clean. Whoever designed it, I want them to do my house! Excited about doing my Invisalign treatment there!
