Fusion Dental & Braces, Harker Heights TX

I only have one issue is that one particular associate when I come in she has a funky attitude towards me but with everyone else, she is all happy. I think that her mom is the office manager of the Harker Heights store I don't want to change dentist altogether but she makes it very difficult for me

Every single person I had an encounter with today was AMAZING. Such friendly staff here, everything was quick and efficient! I have some bad dental anxiety after going to the dentist while in the Navy. They all made me so comfortable!

We love coming here! Been going for 4 years now. Love the staff. I hate going to the dentist but love it here and so do my kids

This office is excellent! Everyone is extremely nice and patient. I will definitely tell everyone i know to go here!

Been coming here for over 3 years and each time my family and I come in for anything the entire staff are just AMAZING! Each person is friendly and professional! I have never had any complaints when we go, they work amazing with my children and have even take the time to calm my 4 year old down when he gets nervous and reassure him. We truly love the staff here!

I absolutely love Shauna, since the first time I met her! She has always made us feel like family, and today was no different. I was in one of the worst moods and she took the time to make sure I was okay and I cannot thank her enough, she doesn't understand how much that truly meant to me.
I also need to thank Madison, I hope that was her name, but she got the raw part of my mood.and she was so patience and kind while she worked on my teeth and then made sure I was okay right before I left.
Both of them changed my entire day just by being a bright light on my dark day!

Not only was I seen same day for my emergency toothache but I was treated with the most respect. I’m a DV survivor and have some pretty extensive damage to my teeth so naturally I was very anxious. I felt like such a baby for freaking out the second walked in the door but from the moment I called until the moment I left, I was cared for. I could not only feel the love and support but I could see it on their face that I wasn’t a lost cause. I came in today thinking the absolute worst and I was assured we are going to get to a Better smile together.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Fusion Dental team. You gained a permanent patient today. I am blown away by your commitment to your community. I can honestly say I was petrified to come in today and Madison made me feel seen and heard and like I had someone in my corner keeping me safe and she really explained everything to a T which is definitely what I needed. Dr. Bulger set the bar so high in regards to patient advocacy and took a very positive approach to issues I’ve had brewing.

The staff are great with my kids and make them and myself feel so comfortable being there. And we are always created with a big smile by Samantha when we walk in the door! Mrs Shawna is super great with my kids cleanings and they love her so much!

I took my two boys (ages 11 and 13) to Fusion and was very pleased. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Mansell, were friendly, professional, and extremely kind to my children. My kids even said it was a great appointment!

Fusion dental is always on time, professional and friendly staff. They do a thorough job with oral care and they make my daughters feel comfortable while in their care. They do their best to work with us at our convenience as well which is very helpful. We appreciate the great service.

Appointments are easy and quick to make. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. Having kids with prior anxiety about going to the dentist, I can tell u they haven't had any visiting fusion dental! All the way around the best dentist in Killeen!

This whole office is amazing, always clean and Samantha at the front is fantastic at what she does. Any questions or help needed, her attention to detail and customer service goes above and beyond.

It was a great place neat and clean. Doctor and the other staff members were really nice and great to me. The only thing I didn’t like is when I was done the dr did not wait to say goodbye to me and I had some questions to ask him. Other wise everyone was so wonderful. Thank you for talking care of me.
