4We have had nothing but missed dumps and issues from the beginning of this contract. Customer service seems to be outsourced as well from the attitudes they have. We have been in business over 25 years and again this is worst service. Still waiting on email to get a dump. Wont dump again without some kind of email and this is after spending 30 minutes on phone. My time is worth more than their time-believe that! This is ridiculous.
Laughable service. Good luck getting a hold of a person when they don't come to pick up your garbage. My place has looked like a pig pen the last couple weeks because they're always a week late.
Hands down the best in DFW. You get what you pay for when it comes to trash service. If you want a reliable company, call Fusion.
