Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Decatur TX

Me and my wife have been here many times and this fuzzy's has been hit or miss with the staff and the service but this particular visit was great all around. The food is fantastic the staff was very happy even late at night and the place was very clean and tidy they have hand sanitizer available at the front as you come in and also as you leave. So to wrap it all in a nutshell give this fuzzy's a try you will love it.

Just moved here 1st experience had food delivered missing chips lime rice and black beans well half order of what I ordered was good since I only got half order probably will not do that again ; (

Absolutely terrible. I’ve had fuzzys before but this ain’t it. Don’t even bother stopping in.
Took 45 minutes to get 4 tacos that had obviously been microwaved.

Got the grilled shrimp salad and the lettuce was wilted and old.also there was no one at the front counter so we waited about 5 minutes until we walked around the corner to the bar to ask where we’re supposed to order

Maegan Shields was a fantastic help in deciding what to order from their menu. She had recommended that did not disappoint!

I will never come back to this Fuzzy’s. Waited over an hour for our food. Turns out they lost our order, along with several other peoples orders. Then I was asked if they could put our food in to go boxes because they hadn’t cleaned the dishes. Asked for a refund and was referred to the manager behind the bar. She couldn’t care less. No apologies at all. The only thing she said was you will get a refund in a few days.

Madison the bartender/ manager is absolutely phenomenal! She was very quick, courteous, and polite! I will definitely be visiting this location again just for her amazing customer service!

Maddison gildon is the best worker I’ve met! My husband loves to go to the bar here and I love the food service she always makes sure my food is perfect and that he gets what he wants fast!

The young ladies on front counter were nice and helpful, food was quickly made and brisket nachos were excellent

Waiting 1 hour 40 minutes without getting food. Asked for refund and a week later, still not on my card!

Amazing shredded chicken salad and drinks made by Maegan. She’s very prompt on making sure your help in a timely manner,

1 out of 5 times should you expect to have your to go order done right and on time. The last time i ordered to go before they made me wait over 35 minuets for 4 tacos and an order of nachos, i ordered over 100$ in food for the company i work for. We had to go back twice because they didnt put queso in for the nachos, they left out 2 orders of tacos, on top of that they didnt include all the extras we paid for. I waited 35 minuets after the to go order was supposed to be ready today, missed my lunch, and came back to the office with cold food today that i wasnt even able to eat because my lunch ended at.i got back at 1: 05. Their solution was free chips and queso. I will never go back to this location ever again. I wish i didnt have to click on a single star just to post this.

Madison Gildon is absolutely amazing She is the reason i keep coming back to Fuzzy's! She makes great drinks and keeps the atmosphere lively

Madison Gildon made Fuzzy’s a wonderful experience. She holds a conversation very well and had me very engaged. She was able to answer all my vague questions about the menu with ease which had me very impressed. I’ll be recommending all my friends to Fuzzy’s just because of all the kindness and hospitality.

The bartender Maddison hold on is the best yet! Always getting everyone’s orders we never have to wait and any questions we have get answered! Love it
