Fuzzy's Taco Shop, San Angelo TX

I've never had any issues with the previous times I've been, but this evening was absolutely horrible! I placed an order online. I get to the restaurant at my pick up time and was told they were working on my order. About 10 minutes after that, I was told they had run out of chicken and it would be another 15 to 20 minutes, which I said was fine. 25 minutes later I check on my order and was told it's almost done. 10 more minutes passed by before I received my food and I was short an entrée. Whenever I got everything, I told the girl helping me that I appreciate her help, but I had been waiting for over an hour at the restaurant for my food which is unacceptable. Her response was, "Oh, I'm sorry" with no real sentiment. The manager was aware of and even involved in the situation and yet no one was apologetic regarding the wait until I brought it up. I've worked in the food service industry before so I'm understanding of how it can be, which is why I was never rude. But this experience was ridiculous. Very disappointed!

Eh, sometimes they are good, sometimes they aren’t. It’s a 50/50 toss up of what kind of service/food you’re going to get. Haven’t been here yet where all of our entire order was hot and tasted good, but haven’t had everything suck on the same visit either. Luckily the prices for the lunch specials are cheap enough for me not to be too bothered. Although the first time I decided to try their chips and queso, our basket of chips looks like it came from the bottom of the barrel. I don’t think there was a whole intact chip in the entire basket. Broken proceed of chips are kind of hard to scoop queso up with. We left pretty much the whole basket for the trash, and on the same visit, as we were leaving, I noticed another table who had done the same thing with their broken chips. That was definitely a waste of money.

First time ordering here but for the price to amount ratio, oh my, sooo worth it. We have so much left over tomorrow will be just as good. So worth it ya'll. Price n all.

Always a great and favorite place to dine. Everyone is super friendly. Love that Chef Jason comes over to say, "hello. " His other Chef is awesome too!

Pretty good Tex-Mex fare at a fair price! Nice beer on tap, and good service. I'd definitely go back!

Loved Fuzzy's when it first opened. It has gone down hill and is a shadow of it's former self. Food quality is no where near what it was. Even our chips were burnt. We were very disappointed, and we have tried it again and again, hoping it was just an off day. But it has consistently gotten worse. I think we have tried it for the last time.

Teresa, Brilee, and Emily were incredible! Gave us great service and the best customer service. Definitely recommend them to anyone that comes in!

Good taco and didn't kill me on the prices, definitely be back when I gotz the munchies.

No hostess. Several workers in the back and waitresses walked past me and just turned there heads and ignored me. I went to Alexandros they sat me immediately my margaritas and food were amazing. Don't waste your money just go to Alejandros

Had a wonderful experience! Teresa, Emily, and Brilee were amazing and are always so helpful! Will definitely be coming back.

Went to a movie on Saturday, Oct 1st, at Tinseltown in San Angelo. Feeling a little hungry after the movie, I went to Fuzzy's Taco Shop at 11: 30pm. Walked in and the workers already closed the kitchen. One worker stated, "We are closed cuz we are short handed". Being one of only 10 people in the restaurant, it must have been tough keeping up. If you're not going to stay open to Midnight like your business states, you may want to change the hours of operation. Better yet, you may want to find some employees that actually want to work and be there.

Way overpriced for mediocre food. Idk how anyone can drink the margarita’s their. The nacho plate is the way too go for taste and price. To bad everything else is ridiculously priced.

I've really enjoyed the burritos here. It's got good barbacoa and the customer service has been great. Once they were super busy and since it took them a few minutes longer than they thought was right they threw in extra tacos! I didn't think the wait was long at all considering how busy they were and hadn't complained. They even asked me what I wanted on them right there at the pick up window.

I don’t recommend this place, save your money by going somewhere else, Taco Bell 10 times better

I don't know what your seasoning u are using but everything tastes one tone, my family did not enjoy don't think I will be back
