G Pro Nails, Georgetown TX

The pedicure experience was average. But the nail tech got up and let someone paint my toes. $27 for the pedicure and $27 for the acrylic chrome polish. A little overpriced but I agreed. The woman finished painting my toes. She did not paint the whole toe on one foot and same thing in the other foot. When I pointed out the polish she became Defensive! I explained that wasn’t right and I wasn’t going to pay $27 for half done work. She ended up taking off $2! Don’t go here! We work too hard for our money for people that half-a**! She started being disrespectful after I called her out. This establishment will never get my business! Not adding pictures cause my feet were ashy when I left… go figure!

Terrible experience. Felt incredibly rushed. Worst nail painting I’ve ever received at any salon. Looked like a 10 year old painted them. When I asked to have it fixed I was fussed at by the manager and she turned very rude. Most definitely will NEVER go back to this salon.

As I was getting my nails done by one of the male technicians he cut my fingers numerous times. I was bleeding. And when I jerked my hand back the first time he cut me he cut me again. He kept twisting my fingers in a way that hurt and I lost a nail the day after getting them done. My mom was getting her nails done next to me and the lady kept arguing with her on the length of the nail. They didn't do any cuticle work before applying the nails. Safe to say I will not be returning.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. The service was horrible. The polish did not make it 4 hrs. The guy got more polish on my toes than toenails. He was pushing my broken leg and twice I had to stop him and say again, my leg does not go that way. He reeked of smoke and did worse than my 12 year grandson could have painting and working on toes and feet. Had to go to another salon and have all redone for event that eve.

I recently moved to Georgetown and finding G Pro Nails, especially my angel Julie, have been amazing! The pedicures have been out of this world and very reasonably priced for what you get, and their salon is extremely clean and has a relaxing environment. Julie sculpts beautiful false nails using both acrylic and SNS dip powder methods. I’ve always had a hard time with false nails breaking but she does an incredible job and you can tell their materials are high quality as well. I will be a customer for as long as I live in Georgetown.

Great place and friendly staff. Guys get your pedi here. And you get a nice clean place to sit and get a chair massage.

So I went in to have my nails done like the first picture on there website. They told me 90 dollars I requested same length but after she cut them down to get the stiletto shape she made them even longer with the acrylic. Super thick nails. Acrylic was left inside of the nails and they were supposed to do rinestones but ended up using glitter. The thumbs weren’t even smoothed and she missed some powder. I went back because I paid 90 dollars for these nails and the lady told me she would only fix them if I made shorter then told me she couldn’t do same style with shorter nails. The nails were so thick she had to file them to even be able to cut them.

Now I have 2 different sized nails and the rinestones look like a 2 year old did them.

Worst nail salon ever

Absolutely horrible. I asked for coffin short black with couple gems. I received deformed black squared nails. I told them what I didn't liked and was ignored they put cuticle oil like if that would fix it.

First time coming in here never again coming back again show few pic of what i want to get he couldn't do them so i pick out something simple but turn out so terrible

Very shady I came in asking for a full acrylic set with the possibility of gel and the manager /boss told my nail technician to give me dip and charge me an additional $20 even though throughout their service I kept mentioning acrylic very disconcerting. I'd like a refund for the difference. They apologized but asked me to still pay plus tip. Ridiculous.

I went to get my nails done and I asked how much it would cost for them to do a butterfly design and she said it would be $35 total but when I went to pay she charged me $50 because she gave herself a tip and added more to what I had to pay also I asked if she could put a butterfly design on my nails and she said that yes because they drew them on the nail but then she ended up putting a sticker on my nails.

Went here to get my nails redone because I tried to do the nail dip polish and when I asked if I could only do the cryptic and not get it pained because it would cost 58 dollars. I then told her I could paint them at home because I know how to and she very rudely said than if you want to paint them than you go to school to do it your self. My nails look so and and I asked to have my nails to be round shaped and they are square. All I have to say is customer service needs to be better.

They are nice there! But very busy, always tell you they have time (but then you have to wait ha). Also this time she cut my cuticles sooooo short it’s painful! Also frustrating because she changed me $5 more this time then last time for the same exact service,

Love this place. They have always done a great job and are very friendly. The place is clean and comfortable!

I won't go anywhere else for my pedicures! This is my go to spot best prices and they always give the best massage. And recently they remodeled looks beautiful!

Not impressed. Not sure if they really use SNS. Mixed 3 colors when I picked one. Said color I picked won't look good on me. Keep bragging, I make you happy. Talked non stop. Nail broke day 3.

Met with unfriendly glares! Told it would be a "long wait" No time frame. Obviously didn't want my business. Its closer to my house but I will continue to go to Nexgen Nails in Round Rock.

Worse place I've ever been.
Total waste of money. Owner lady i was trying to tell her what they did, instead fixing a mistake she just walk away very bad service. 2000%
