G & S Suzuki reviews
7Needed carb work done on my bike, they picked it up and fixed it up the same day, now I'm back on the road, great guys
I have been coming here for years! Beau and staff are always knowledgeable and super helpful! These guys are the best!
Never had bad service here. Employees always nice and very knowledgeable. Never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. Service always been great on the bike. If they didn't have something they would send me to a competitor if they couldn't get it. Awesome work guys!
Guys took care of me on a Saturday when they could have gone home. I was away from home and needed a tire really bad. They knocked it out and at a reasonable price at that.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any needs that has to do with a motorcycle or batteries for that matter, this is the place to go!
I was on my way home to Dallas after a long road trip when I noticed my rear tire had a serious wear issue that made it unsafe to go further. I was freaking out being in a strange town and needing to get on home. These guys took me in, found me a tire and had me on my way home so quickly. They were really friendly and helpful and saved me from an unfortunate ending to a great trip. Much thanks guys.
Terrible experience! My husband bought a bike from them in August, drove it 300 miles then it broke down. We took it back to their shop. It sat there at least 4 months. Initially, they told us if we had any issues within the first few weeks to bring it back to them. We understood it was sold as is, so wasn’t expecting them to fix it for free. We called many times over the months to be met with excuse after excuse as to why it hasn’t been repaired. When my husband called at one point the owner was quick to point out the lemon law didn’t protect us when we hadn’t even mentioned any sort of legal action. I don’t believe they’ve maintained good business practices and am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. We finally got the bike back yesterday. Took it out on the highway and had the same problem we had dropped it off with. Taking it elsewhere and never stepping foot back in that shop.
