Solid place they work with no credit repos and others that dealerships wouldn’t friendly customer service and the payment process was super easy

My husband an I purchased a car from here that broke down 2 weeks later from no fault of our own, the transmission went out. I called the car lot. They had it towed to a shop and they are now making us pay 3000 for the repair and an additional $500 for no reason at all and still expect an additional $160 for a tow fee. They do not reply to calls or messages. They have no one in the office that is willing to help or that even knows what they are doing. The ladies don't speak or understand English or how to do their job. This place is trash! From the owner to the salesman Alex, to the ladies in their financial dept.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!
They get 0 stars from me!

Honest opinion, still a small dealership wouldn’t recommend to new buyers/people who aren’t experienced in the car world.alex is great! But the company is still lacking professionalism, more of a fast talking/moving to get you in and out type of dealership definitely know the ins and outs before starting your contract with this company
