Took my truck in for a steering wheel shimmy. Took them a week to diagnose even after arranging a specific time to drop off the vehicle. Shop will not call you to update you. You will have to call them to find out what the status of your vehicle is. Replaced tires based on diagnosis, shimmy still exists. Took vehicle back and after another 4 day wait (again with an arranged drop off time) they claimed not to be able to feel the problem. I usually do all of my own maintenance and already know what the issue is. I just bought the warranty and wanted to have someone else do the work for once.

I cannot recommend the service department at this dealership. They are slow, non-communicative, and either incompetent or not looking for return business. Sales department might be okay, but based on my experience I will take my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

I’m giving 1 star because of the nice gentleman at the service desk.
I just left this place and i originally arrived at 2: 45.15 minutes before my “1 hour oil change” i waited from 3: 00pm-5: 15pm to get a basic oil change, tire rotation. The lady came out and asked if i wanted a new filter i said he’s after seeing how bad it was i asked how much she said 115 & i took that as a total not just for a filter change that cost 30$ and they charged me 80$ on labor work. That is insane something needs to get checked at this place wether someone’s charging more or what. I’ve had my truck in Rosenberg tx, Louisiana, Georgia & for a tire rotation oil change & new filter has never gone over 100$ for the full service this place charged me 199$ for the same exact service i always get. Definitely not right. And on top of the price the wait time was crazy 2.25 hrs for just a 1 hr service. I still have to drive 2 hrs home after this& i had an appointment. I’ll never come back to this place.

Just bought a used vehicle from here. 6 days into having the vehicle the vehicle over heated and needed a water pump and a couple other parts. Cost over $800 in repairs and they did nothing to help us with the cost. The service guys were super nice though but the manager refused to help us. We were not offered a warranty at the time we purchased this vehicle. I wasn’t asking for them to eat the whole cost just 25% to 50% that’s it. I wanted to build the relationship to where I will be buying more vehicles from them but they done burned that bridge and they really don’t care that’s the sad part. Their lost. God bless

Very poor service department! I have been dealing with this headache for over two weeks now…Chase from services has no idea what is going on and makes no attempt to help you! I have had to talk to my insurance guy and three way call with her to just get her to do some of her job! Will never go through Gabriel/Jordan Ford for any further services!

Requested multiple services fully expecting to pay a shop fee. Charged $150 Shop Fee to change out a blinker bulb when this particular service could have waited until parts for other work could be obtained. Dealership knew other parts were on backorder, continue to be on backorder nationally, and that needed State Inspection could not be performed in their County. Customer also called 3 times with no return call, had to drive to dealership to get service update. After vehicle pick up asked if additional service fee would be charged when parts come in, no reply to follow up call or email.

Dealer raised the price of the vehicle 10k. By the time I got there. I will be avoiding this dealer for now on.

I received a recall notice on my car. I had to reschedule the first appointment because the mechanic did not show up. The 2nd appointment was scheduled the day before we were leaving in vacation. The service writer assured me it would be ready and she would call me. I did not receive a car so I went to pick it up about 30 minutes before the closing time posted online and on Facebook. They were closed already and my car was locked inside. I spoke to a man who was about to leave. He called the service writer. She assured him it was ready. When I arrived early the next morning the car was NOT ready even though she said it definitely was. This incident impacted our whole day. Needless to say, I will not return or recommend them.

They work hard for you! Mr. Bobby was our salesman he told us he would get us in the vehicles we wanted and he did twice within 2 days. I absolutely love Mrs. Sunny & Mrs. Hali they are such sweet ladies. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

The service department is lacking. I have spent 2 trips and over $1500 on fixing navigation and it is still not fixed. Be cautious.

Great people hear that listen to your questions and try and help. I deal with Leslie and April alot and their great. Even left my wallet there once, she called me and I simply went back up there and grabbed it. They had it locked up for safe keeping when I got there. Great people.

They are wanting $10k over sticker prices. Stay away. That is price gouging and I will be reporting you to Ford CEO customer complaint dept. Go elsewhere. If you do a little research there are vehicles out there for less.
