Went in the afternoon and told the guy i think its physical damage (jokingly knowing it was) the guy who was there ignored me told my girlfriend it wasnt physical damage but somehow preasure and that it would be 500 bucks to fix and we should take it to apple, so we did the guy at apple said it was physcial damage and after realizing how focused the guy was on my gf it occurred to me who ever was on staff on the after noon of the 28th has no idea what he is doing and is a pretty down bad human if he is choosing to be rude to custmers and make women unconfortable.

This shop is very kindly. My IPad has trouble about screen when I brought there. He is adjusting so quickly and my IPad is working well. He is no charge. Recommend come here. Thank you so much!

My son's phone would not stay plugged in. I thought the charging port needed replaced. I called several local businesses and was quoted close to $200. I called Gadget MD and the man said he doubted it needed replaced, it was probably just dirty. We took it in and he fixed it in less than a minute and didn't charge us. They will definitely be getting my business in the future!

I dropped off my iPad with a heavily damaged screen and got it back the same day with a new screen and screen protector. It looks brand new. They do excellent work and are very courteous. Bring cash.

Highly recommend this place if you have any electronics that need fixing. I brought them my old Macbook because there were some issues with the screen. They not only fixed it but did so at a SUPER reasonable cost.

I had previously taken it to get it appraised at two different places in the area, and both gave me significantly higher estimates. So if you're considering other places, just know that Gadget MD might give you a better deal. They also work pretty fast!

Hands down best place. Great customer service! I called and the gentleman pretty much knew the answer…. Drove right over and he looked at my laptop and took to the back for a few minutes and BAM fixed! And he did not charge. I understand it was a quick fix for him, but I was really concerned about it being the black screen of death and having to pay a lot or even get another laptop. But nooooo done and good to go. I highly recommend this business!

I was in quite a bind today, as I'm leaving tomorrow and headed overseas, and the display on my Pixel 6 Pro was badly famaged. Not only did Gadget MD go out of their way to fix my phone the same day, they did an excellent job at a solid price. I've done repairs myself before, and I have to say I heartily recommend these guys!

Ty is a nice guy who is clearly knowledgeable about phones and repairs, I will definitely return and would recommend this place 10/10.

Great experience today at Gadget MD. I dropped my phone off at 2: 00pm to be repaired and was told to return. The water damage issue was found and cleaned. I was expecting to pay a fee bout was told there is no charge by Ty. Great service and good people. Will be returning, hopefully not anytime soon:) Recommend all to this place.

Took my phone In today to replace the front and back glass, turns out I needed a new battery too. They took care of it on the house! Great place!

Brought my phone in earlier today for a cracked screen and when I left the store after the repair, all the music on my phone that had been downloaded over four years had been wiped clean. I don't know what they did with my phone that would have caused my music to be gone when all I needed was a simple screen replacement. I called apple support and they couldn't help fix the issue. I've had this company fix my devices in the past but this was the first time I went to this location. Very disappointed. On the other hand, the screen looks great.

My husband broke the screen on his phone. We upgraded to a newer iPhone instead of replacing with insurance. He never backed up his iPhone and the old phone screen was extremely damaged. They were able to put on a temporary screen and transfer to a computer and then transfer that back to his new phone! We are very thankful and it only cost $40 (before taxes)! We were able to save years of videos and pictures of our kids! Thank you so much we really appreciate it!

This shop is amazing! I don't remember the guys name, however he is the middle eastern guy kinda heavy set. This guy was amazing! I came to him with my busted phone. I previously went to a shop that tore stuff up inside the phone and didn't replace screws. The guy here at the HEB took my emotionally and physically abused phone and nurtured it back to health. I am writing the review with this same phone. It took him a total of 10 days. He finished the work in 3 days but he went the extra mile of locating parts from other Iphone 11's so that my phone wouldn't randomly stop working! He told me all the functions that my phone lost due to the last tech person which was face ID, and wireless charging. They have a promised price and he promised me no more than $120 for the repair. He said it came out to $190 but he kept the promise! I tipped $30 because people like this is who we need doing these kind of jobs. I know nothing of phones, im sure he could of taken parts out and handed me a somewhat working phone like the last tech guy i went to but he kept his integrity. After paying, he told me all the things he noticed and what to look out for but honestly its been an entire month since I got the repair and the phone is working better than when It wasn't broken! Do not sleep on this shop in the HEB!

I went in hoping to get my phone fixed my phone was not turning on and it was blacked out and ty found out a problem that another local business was going to charge me for something that isn't the problem.
I definitely recommend coming to Gadget MD if you need any assistance with your technology.
