Low paying loads, slow shipping department, and worthless employees. I wont be coming back here again.
This place sucks to deliver to why have a appointment to deliver if you never get unloaded on your appointment.
Came to unload roofing granules. Had an appointment time with nobody in front of me to unload. 2 hours later still sitting here and can't find anyone that works unloading to move train cars. What kind of Mickey mouse bs is this
Must call before going through gate. They want you to park at designated streets. Other than that. The guard shack seemed friendly.
I've been a roofing contractor since 1979 and was an installer for years before that. I've seen manufacturers that made lousy roofing and didn't care at all about the homeowner. They lie and ignore. They have no shame. But this company puts out a consistently great product and when there is a problem they never shirk responsibility.
I feel more comfortable than I ever did before now that my company uses GAF almost exclusively. Plus the training and support they have given my people sets us apart from almost everybody else in the business.
