Never stepped into this pharmacy, but I got em delivered asap.pharmacist and there employees have a very good phone customer service

My doctor recommended this pharmacy to me because of its availability of medications that I was not getting at other pharmacies. I am happy with the service, attention and care they take with each client. Ted is the employee I communicate with (because he speaks Spanish) and he always makes sure that I receive my medications on time, with kindness and cordiality.

The pharmacist and staff was able to find me a solution fory sons medicine needs.

My husband is a recent heart transplant recipient and we were encouraged by the transplant team to use a Specialty Pharmacy for my husband's critical, lifetime sustaining anti rejection drugs to insure availability. We chose Galaxy. I pre registered him with them before his hospital release, and we got our first refill delivered to our home, signature required last evening. I am SO pleased with their professionalism and service! My husband will always use Galaxy for all of his medications. What a wonderful experience.

I had one decent experience and then one phone call bad enough to make this a one star review overall. First time everything was smooth, but I wasn’t notified when the prescription was ready until I called the next day. Second experience, I called to see if they carried something and was told no and hung up on.

You call, they'll say they have it in stock and the brand your looking for. When you get there they surprise you with a cheaper overseas brand you didn't want. To me this is a deal breaker. Not to mention sneaky. Cost me at least a hour of work and gas. Not cool at all.
