Galleria Vision Center, Dallas TX

All of the staff were very friendly despite us arriving late due to a wreck on I20. Dr. Jo was very quick but thorough. She knew her stuff and explained everything very well! I’ll definitely be back!

We've been getting our prescription from Galleria Vision for years. The Optometrists do a great job with the yearly exam. I'm most impressed with their front desk staff. The ladies are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Every time I had a question/request they always take care of me via call, email. Never had to wait a long time too which was a bonus if you're looking for basic exam.

Eye exam was good. Serious concern about the seat they give you (on wheels) in the first room during exam. I was about to sit down when it wheeled away. I fell flat on the floor and hit my head and my left shoulder in the wall of the room hard! My whole left side body is injured and in pain. This was not a good experience. The wheels on the seat should have some kind of lock on them so it doesn’t move when patients sit down. I shudder at the thought of an older person falling the way I did. This was witnessed by the receptionist who was taking my eye measurements at the start of my exam. I even communicated of what happened at the reception before exiting the practice. I would really like for action to be taken and more basic precautions to be taken so that patients are not injured.

My Mother and I had an appointment the same day. I would like to thank the office for being so kind to us and having the extra patience and time that was needed for my mother with Dementia.

First time using Lenscrafters and the location at the Galleria. The staff were friendly and polite and the doctor was patient and thorough. I tested for both contacts and glasses, and eye health. Will return.
