We have taken both of our vehicles to Galveston Automotive Pros for a couple of years now and I don't trust anyone else with our older cars. They are quick, friendly and very importantly - honest. I know I can trust them when they say work needs to be done and that it will be done right the first time!

Galveston Automotive Professionals provided an excellent and reliable service. John and the staff, including Gerald, are very courteous and honest, providing accurate and upfront information about the repairs.

Stated service would take 1.5-2 hours. Dropped off at 930am. Did not hear anything from them by 12 noon. I called and they stated they were still waiting for a filter. 2.5 hours and the parts weren't even acquired yet. I wait till 2 pm, another 2 hours and I still hear nothing from them. I call them and they state the filter is still not delivered. I mean at this point how long does it take to send someone to drive and pick up the filter yourself to O'Reilly's? I get they don't want to do that because they would rather place the inconvenience on the customer rather than themselves. Be warned. This place will not prepare for your service nor will they call you to let you know of any issues occurring during the service. They will keep you in the dark and force you to call them. This is not a respectable business practice for any business period.

I moved to the island last summer 2022. I’ve been checking my car at GAP since then, they are really good, nice and polite. I appreciate and like their new notifications system to let you know when your car is ready.

I've taken my vehicles to GAP for years, and they've always done an excellent job with courteous service. I've had work done in the past at cheaper places, but I usually end up paying more in the long run. I never have to worry about that at GAP.

Disaster happened when the family van broke down during our Galveston vacation. The team at Galveston Auto Pros saved the day and got a new alternator installed the next day and we were able to continue with our vacation. Thank you!
