The girl at the counter was horrendous her attitude was rude and horrible. The ride was fun and a good time. That girl is the worst attitude wise and trying to take off her jewelry to fight guests is disgusting.

Worth every dollar. Stephen and Austin were best crew ever. Made the trip Amazing! Will do again.

We did the sunset cruise and loved it! Very relaxing and the crew was great. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! We booked the Jet Boat Thrill Ride. It was a lot of fun and all the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! We had kids and adults on our ride and everyone enjoyed it!

Such a nice activity for the family or couples. Didn’t see many dolphins but still was cool to see the few we did. Overall it's nice just to be out on the water seeing everything. Highly recommend this one.

I drove 3 hours to make the 5pm dolphin tour and entering the Galveston area we ran into unexpected traffic. We called to let them know we were 5 minutes away and the captain told us he would wait. While we were parking our vehicle the boat left without us! The female at the ticket booth had the worst attitude and yelled at us for being 2 minutes late. They would not give us a refund and since then we've tried to rebook but every single time we call them they tell us there is no room for us! They have the worst attitude problems just because we were literally 2 minutes late. They could have waited for us 2 minutes. While there, we found out the other dolphin tour company next to them was cheaper and way better and gave us a good experience for the same amount of time. Stephen and Austin get credit for being friendly and funny to others but behind the scene they are mean and bitter

Our guides were very funny and kind. Answered lots of questions from everyone on the boat. They did say it was a 50/50.chance that we would see any but me and my family saw multiple dolphins! It was a great experience!

EDIT: Business contacted me and threatened bogus legal action after seeing this review which is against the Google Terms of Service. Dropping to 1 star for threatening a customer.

Ride was awesome. Dolphins we’re awesome. Boat captain was awesome. Tour guide was awesome. On shore attendant was not awesome. Maybe she was having a bad day but here’s our experience:

Female attendant (with dreads) had a IGAF bad attitude and probably shouldn’t be in a customer facing role. This review has everything to do her stone cold indifference to customer issues. It’s a job I get it but you gotta at least be nice to people.

It’s like she couldn’t wait to get back to looking at phone and acted like a question around getting a rain check (previously approved by management over the phone) for two tickets was absolutely not her problem. She pretty much stared at us until we left her presence. What? ! Who does this?

After we left, she sat right back down hiding from customers and staring at her phone.

We had a group of 14 people, one in a power wheelchair who took the dolphin tour. Austin and Stephen were awesome guides/ captians. They made the atmosphere more exciting with good music and jokes. They were very accommodating and patient. Definitely recommend. Can't thank them again on making a great memory for my kiddos especially since it was our first family vacation together.

This is a must do. Stephen was hilarious and very down to earth. Same with Rusty. They made the experience what it was. Which was one our whole family of five will never forget. I highly highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

I just needed to be out on the water yesterday and taking a sunset tour seemed like the simplest way to make that happen. Stephen and Austin were entertaining and made the whole experience that much more fun. They even let me bring my dog. Good times!

A wonderful and relaxing date night! Highly recommend this sunset cruise. Reasonably priced/affordable, professional & fun crew, and a great way to spend a Saturday evening. Bring a cooler of drinks/snacks and enjoy the views and watching the sun set from the water.

It was really great.an unparalleled experience.the tour guide is very friendly and cordial.he knows how to make you feel at home.like family.he explains everything with luxury of detail and the dynamics that he uses with Music according to the situation creates a magical and fun environment.we watched the dolphins several times on the same trip from very close to be precise. Galveston was the back up for our cancelled weekend trip and left us looking for random things to do on the island. We were left pleasantly surprised with our excursion so definitely buy tickets if you have the chance! It was great seeing all the dolphins and although you're not guaranteed to see a pod, the ride is relaxing and the friendliness of the staff makes it worthwhile. Guides Stephen and Austin are hilarious to have on board. Thanks!

Do Not Go Here! Deserves less than 1 star. I don't know who these other folks are with these great reviews but my cousin reserved a spot today and was treated incredibly rudely by the captain. Learn some freaking manners or are you racist! Learn how to treat others how you want to be treated. You should be fired for your antics today. The police had to be called and there will be a refund. Captain Trash smh. People BEWARE!

Our family had an amazing time on this tour! Saw many dolphins and heard many interesting historical and fun facts of the area. Tour guide was energetic and entertaining! I would definitely recommend this tour!

I actually had a bad experience with one of the employees today! I was running late and asked if I could possibly book for another time, and she flat out said No, in a very rude manner. She gave me no options and was very condescending! Once I was finally able to speak to the manager, she was very nice and understanding and she was able to accommodate me. The captain was a very nice and made the event very plesant! It's just sad that the lady provided horrible customer service!

Stephen and Austin were the absolute best on the dolphin tour and they were nice and gentlemen like to the ladies on the tour. And they are also funny. I did my first tour with them two years ago. And decided to do another tour with them when I came to Houston for Memorial Day weekend
