This was my first time in Game World at my mall and it was such a great experience and very organized. They had great deals and customer service. I spoke with a gentleman name Dan who was really kind and helpful when talking with me. I will definitely be back soon!

Though I understand that retro game consoles tend to be faulty, an employee assured me that every console is tested extensively. Despite this, I was sold a Nintendo Gamecube that didn’t work properly. I took it back, and they offered to either fix it (a process that would take several days) or to reimburse me with in-store credit; essentially, no option for a full refund. I chose to have it fixed, but running back and forth to Willowbrook Mall proved tedious. While kind and very knowledgeable, the staff seems to be unprepared in situations like these. Be sure to ask lots of questions before making any expensive purchases that have to do with retro games/consoles.
