Very helpful has wide selection of games. But some disc's don't work make sure you check them. If they don't work they easily fix the problem

I was looking for an old xbox 360 game, they were so nice and helpful! And they had it!

Always something new to see when I go. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the cards and my husband loves the models. Very wide selection for almost any entertainment media fan. Movies, series collections, games, gaming systems, comics, records, models, cards, guitars, tvs, DVD players, novelty snacks/drinks, plushies, lego sets, posters, and much more!

I love the store I have never had an issue with the GameXChange here in Athens TX, up until recently. For the past few months there has been an employee who has been extremely inconsiderate towards his customers, and makes the experience very unsettling. This has been the third time that I have had a ill experience from this sole worker alone. I've already complained to a manager and still nothing has changed. This employee in particular was sighing very loudly when asked for help, and was pressuring us to buy things that we insisted that we didn't want. When the card reader had an error reading a card he proceeded to sigh and complain. Not only was he rude to us but he was rude to his coworker. This is not the first time that this has happened and its preventing me and my friends from even wanting to visit the store anymore. Though I am the only person who is writing a review, the stories do not end there. I have had friends tell me "this guy was rude", and mention the exact same features of the person who is rude to us. I do not know why he continually gets away with this attitude but it is unprofessional and when we see them working we either wait until they leave or we just don't enter the store at all.thank you.

Great selection, nice staff but I'm sick of buying scratched up movies. I havent been in almost a year because of it and here we are, yet again. Figured different employees this time around would make a difference. I took a pic this time. I kinda cursed myself that I didn't look before I left. I live 30 minutes away. Bottom line, I should be able to trust that I'm not wasting my money on defective stuff. Especially stuff I like.
