Clean store with clear walkways. Isles are wide enough for a wheel chair. Very relaxed, calm & comfortable environment, the employees are very respectful. They do not have any of the arrogance and attitude some other stores of this same category or pawn shops tend to have an overload of being dished out by the workers. Everything is clearly marked and on display which is great because I hate having to ask what a used item will cost. It seems to be a trick to force customers to engage with the store, the customer initiating and the topic being money from the start. Lol. Great prices here mo matter if you are buying or selling items.

Customer service could be better. On helping the people who don't know games understand more than to make them feel even more stupid.

Horrible! They don't pay you like they promote when selling items to them. I got completely ripped off! A complete joke! I will NEVER do business there again! I can't wait to see what
high dollar outrageous price they put on the game that they just gave me pennies for! Ridiculous!

Great store had exactly what I was looking for, bought a game but didn’t work and was able to return it with the warranty program they have in place.

Solid location, always has a solid selection of games among the platforms. Tad cramped if multiple people shopping. Staff always helpful!

Watched employee add up my cards values on what I was wanting to sell. Cards came to a value of $197. Employee looked at me and said we will give you $39. I understand trying to make money but come on.

Christmas shopping. Its a Big store and there was a large selection. Ive been to several different locations as this chain is my son and I's FAVORITE gaming store.
Excellent store and very knowledgeable staff. However one did hurriedly checked me out when it was closing time and kept saying idk even though I wanted to buy more items

Always stop here for old school video games from nitindo Sega as well as ps4 ps5 and Xbox 360 games

Way Better than the nearby GameStop and Games2Go, especially when it comes to selling or trading where they give you fair and right prices. The prime place to sell old equipment and games.
