They have a pretty good selection of movies, as well as games and hardware too. Staff was pleasant, didn't notice any odd odors others have said they apparently noticed.

Prices are on point! Staff is also really friendly and knowledgeable. Found some great gems here!

Zero stars. Sold me a game for the Wii that didn't work and didn't provide a refund. Then on another occasion an employee was extremely rude and snide when I asked why their Pokemon games were so overpriced. $130 for Pokemon XD is OUTRAGEOUS. GameStop, whom they claim to beat on pricing, sells them at the standard $40. That's a $90 price difference. And keep in mind, their copy had sharpie marks all over the case and artwork. Then they were selling Pokemon Soul Silver for $80 when GameStop has it for $60 and eBay for $40, and finally, Pokemon Platinum for $70 when GameStop has it for $50. They do not "beat GameStop's prices" by ANY means. I have never been to such a bad retro game, let alone, regular game store in my entire life. Do not come here. You will be ripped off and scammed.

My go-to place for games and movies. Huge selection and it gets better with every visit. The employees are very nice, helpful, and know their stuff. I've been going to this location since it opened.

Retro game hunting store for all your classic game systems and retro games that have gotten discontinued you can find almost all games here Game accesories also like rock band guitars Xbox kinect (Nintendo Gamecube) which are now rare to find in retail stores. The reason why i give it a 4 star it's because their gamecubes are priced at $90 i understand they're rare to find but Amazon is beating their price.

Only thing I would change is that they dont keep a log or inventory in their system of their movies so if you ask if they have something, they wont know. Other than that, prices are cheaper than Movie Trading co. & they have plenty of stock

I didn’t buy anything on my visit, because I didn’t find what I was specifically looking for. I do have to say, though, big selection of movies and an okay assortment of games old and new. Prices are pretty acceptable, too. You’ll probably find some really good deals here!

Fantastic prices on games as old as the NES to brand new. Huge selection of accessories and movies too. Fun place

This place is great, with a knowledgeable and helpful staff and decent warranty even on used games and accessories.

Even tho I've bought multiple games that haven't been able to download properly on my xbox they said I could exchange them

It not only is a great place to get video games but also old video games! Such as origibal Xbox, Playstation 1,2,3, Wii, GameCube, Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, and others. But just as much as they have video games, they also have a huge selection of movies and tv shows. The best part is that they are alphabetized! Helpful staff and a great enviroment! Worth the time to go and check it out!

Went and sold a ton of games today and they got through the process pretty quickly and were very reasonable about the price that they offered me. Friendly service and the woman that helped me was absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely be visiting the Game Exchange on Alta Mere again!

Recently took some games and movies and the lady seemed to be really irritated that she had to help us. Kept blurting out how much each thing was. We weren't there to get cash back but store credit sp we could shop around but didn't get anything as we felt looked down on. Will go back as we have store credit but probably will be our last visit there.

They have games yes but you better make sure u like it cuz if u dont u get robbed for what u paid if u dont take the game back in 24 hours.if i work how do ik id i like a game in 24 hour
