Sad store, almost no stock, no consoles and very hot store, AC not working. Kind employee though.

Poor employee did an incredible job of taking care of customers with NO AC in Texas! Kudos to him.

I wanted to buy a “Nitendo Switch lite” unfortunately I didn’t find it but The front cashier told me some locations where It would possibly be stocked at! Also, good service and attentive to the questions I asked about!

Cashier didn't want to help stay on his phone while talking to me, very very hot as I entered the store I'm never going to another gamestop ever plus the same games I was looking for was cheaper at Walmart l

The workers here are L A Z Y

I just left this location on the door it says due to the virus they're only allowing 10 people inside there was 0 customers inside and NOBODY at front counter and NOBODY to open the doors

It seems like the workers are just sitting on the clock and not doing there job because of this experience I will not be coming here anymore i do plan on getting in contact with HR because I even called and someone answered saying they're not open.then why have lights on and why be there if your not open

Don't pre-order here they take your money. I had a rewards member ship and pre- ordered call of duty modern warfare but switch it to last of us 2 had my receipt and when I headed back to add to pre-order there was no trace of my reward account nor my pre- order even though I showed my receipt and the employees were very rude and Careless about it and didn't want to help me. This is the reason why gamestop is doing out because of lack of customer service.

Worst GameStop EVER picked up 2 games waited in line and some guy in front of me bought it without no case and by the time I made it to the front the cashier told me he sold it to the guy in front. Than why have the games out for display?

Most games i been getting always messed up i baught a game like two days ago and yust dropped off and the disc messed up and 1-4 weeks agao i baught a bundle i got one wrong game 1 messed up and the other one had problem loading

There not very good at answering the phone. I went one day it was a line with only one person. Really? Not cool at all I just walked out.

Traded my PS4 and they took off $40 for cosmetic damage without telling me. Traded in 21 games, ps4 camera and 2 controllers, so I didn't notice til the next day. Young kid Fabian is the one who did it. The Manager Albert is even worse, he always has a bad attitude and treats people rudely, probably from the fact the he looks like a 45 year old man who lives in his mom's basement. Just a caution for people trading in here.

The staff was extremely informed but it was almost too much when they engaged in a 15 minute conversation which caused minor delays in customer service. Highest Pre-Order sales of the region. Check it out!

Terrible Gamestop I've ever been to. Poor customer service. When I wanted to trade my games for store credit the employee was in a awful manner. It looked like he didn't want me to be there. While they he was checking my games he was scratching the discs so that it looks like it had damage. I wouldn't recommend this Gamestop to anyone. Don't go here unless you want to be at an establishment that has poor customer service and try to lie to your face

Would of gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for the employee asking someone if he could do a replacement for a defective item after reading the policy for returns

Now this location I like. Always answers the phone and are nice unlike the one on Tidwell and 45 north location

Awesome games! Have the newest games, consoles & equipment. Preorders are available with a small deposit. Awesome staff that are patient & knowledgeable!

Really? 5 employees, 4 standing around and 1 working who doesn't even know anything. Can't get help here. Isn't worth the time to walk from your car into the door. Go to a different location if you have to go there

Love this store! Fast service, very helpful and they always find a way to help you what you’re looking for even if it’s not in there location.

Employee told me they had a game in stock since the one near my home didn't have it drove all the way to find out they were holding it for someone. Complete waste of my time!
