William was the worker that helped me, all I have to say is TERRABLE customer service. Don't think I'll ever come here again.

William was very helpful. Great customer service. You want to know what bad service is go to Woodforest and Uvalde location.

I walked in a nice guy greeted me he helped me get what I wanted to buy and even had a nice conversation hope I get to see him again and this wonderful store

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and were organizing the store when I went. Even though they were occupied they helped me out without complaint.

Good salesman. My kids went to spend some gift cards. The guy knew what they were asking about and was able to help them make a decision on a budget that worked for them. Was very pleased that he took the time and made a good sale that everyone was happy with.

Pretty good service, but I got a couple used Xbox one controllers obstructed out. But, they did replace them. Pretty good.

No wonder you are going out of buisness. Assosiates cant even answer the phones. Ill just go to a ma and pop game store. Enjoy bankruptcy.

Never had any bad experience at any gamestop locations. This location is recently local to me due to moving and staff are friendly.

Horrible service. Shy girl In there doesn’t know what she is talking about and employees are not knowledgeable at all. Horrible place would not recommend

They don't open exactly @ 10 A. M had me waiting for almost 30 minutes.
The manager was helpful but other than that this store needs some work opening on time

This place is complete trash. The manager sucks and the assistant isn’t much better. Few employees in there know what they are talking about and the others are complete morons. Horrible management and worst GS I’ve ever been too.

So I'm not the person that usually writes reviews but this was a little rude and the little uncalled for. I went in at 8: 55. Yes I know 9 o clock your closed. But I get off at 8: 30 and I just came in to pre-order Far Cry 5 which will only take 5 minutes tops. Instead the guy kicks me and my coworker out saying he was on the way to lock the door but he didn't lock it yet, But he was at the counter when we walked in I told him I wanted to preorder something real quick he said "too bad but we're open tomorrow" which I told him I work until the same time but he proceeded to kick us out and also to add there was still customers inside looking around while he proceeded to kick us out I just think that's completely uncalled for a rude.

Not a good start. Showed up at 10 when store opens, no one in sight. Guy finally shows up at 10: 20. What a dick.
