Extremely nice staff, always looking to make an honest sale and not just take your money. Went in there and was greeted by Alejandro with very nice customer service. This GameStop didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing anything about a certain game (just getting into gaming) ; and Alejandro gave me his opinion about the game and spent time to get me the best version of the game. Great employee. <3
Lovely staff who are nice, helpful, and accommodate you the best they can. The store is also usually clean and everything is organized.
Personally, I love GameStop. However I wish I could check out just once without them trying to push a membership on me.

Every time I go there they never have anything that I want so that's why I don't shop at GameStop
Not so great service. They weren't open when it said they were on the website. Even when i pulled up there was a sign that said they were open, yet the door was locked and no one was inside. Finally I called because apparently they had gone on a lunch break without notice and now they were back. No one even answered the phone. Overall it wasn't an experience id like to relive. For the time being I will be going to gamexchange.

It was ok. One worker approached but made excuses not to help while the other jumped in and helped and resolved the problem.
When my husband went to pick up our online order, the manager screamed at him asking if he was fully vaccinated (he was). If you're going to have a sign up saying vaccinated customers don't need masks, expect vaccinated customers to not wear masks! When my husband told the manager he could ask instead of shouting, the manager refused to apologize and simply said it was his store. Terrible service, awful management. Will never go to this location again.

Wasn't busy. Good selection. The cashier was extremely nice, and was patient when I had an issue with my card while paying. It didn't look like much from the outside, but this was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at a GameStop!
