The customer service is always perfect, I've always felt welcomed and all my questions are always answered. Tonight's pokemon release was on par and was seamless.

The two ladies there were absolutely amazing and helpful. True gamers and genuine people. Amazing experience and small talk. Very knowledgeable and a different GameStop experience than what I had been accustomed to. Glad to see employees bringing that GameStop vibe back.

There was one super good salesman there that did a really good job of both selling me and my friends things we didn't need and entertaining us

I was at game stop for approximately 10 minutes, there service is very fast and they know what they're doing so it makes it easier on me when I make a mistake and the workers there are amazing!

Sort of sparse of good games to buy. Games are too expensive. Games that are 10 years old are being sold for more than what they originally sold for. This place is a rip off.

Sold games that didn't work once again! At least they could test these games out before selling them.
