18Just went in to grab some last minute Christmas gifts and the young ladies working were super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I found what I was looking for and then some. Great place to shop, definitely will be returning.
This is the worst game store I’ve been to the employee was so rude I’ve never been treated like that before…if u don’t like your job then quit don’t take it out on the people that are helping pay your check…if your in need of anything gaming check out gamefellas off of stassney
Pricing was incorrect on everything, had to put something down bc they wanted $10 more than the sticker price, Employee said the pricing was new. But we all know what a scam is.

Very bad customer service, the fat manager Kieth is a bad person, and gives u broken controllers, and make u waist ur warranty and money for nothing u can be happy with, but a broken controllers for exchange of broken controllers
Hi, Went by game stop the other day off 500 e Ben White suit#1000 Atx 78704 area this one bold guy name Keith "manager" so called aka Mr clean gave me attitude he the MANGER wasn't there trying to help "his costumers" but just being really picky about exchange out a controller that I never had a chance to play with. Bcuz defective I did my 7 day return before date and told him It was defective it's like they really don't "refurbished " aka fix them UP they just push them out they really need to work on them literally. I literally had to wait a whole month to get this problem fixed I was patient then this new guy give me attitude i have been a member with them for several years now never had this issue I think they need a new management bad guy probably wont ever go back to that location
The employee lady was super nice! They have a lot of stock here and some great sales going on! The store itself if 5 stars.

(Just be careful going to this area though. When you do walk in they have a thing that goes off saying they have cameras to make sure you don't steal. Which is great!
We thought it was weird because that was the first time we have ever heard a gamestop say that so we figurer maybe a lot of people try and steal there. We understand why when we left too. There were 3 homeless guys who were screaming at us trying to get money acting all crazy and looked very much like they were on drugs. Normally those things don't bother us but they seemed to be getting a bit aggressive. So definitely make sure you are paying attention to your surrounds!)
My partner and I walked into the store looking for controllers, we ended up liking one that was locked up in a glass cabinet and we asked to look at it and the guy said unfortunately he couldn't open it up because they recently did a grab and dash so we asked a question about the controller if it had back paddles and he says I don't know. Honestly how are we supposed to buy a product we can't even look at. Never going into this gamestop again sorry I'd rather drive 10 minutes down the road and come to Barton Creek Mall
It's a well sized store, nothing to crazy, your typical gamestop, obviously never sell games here, good just to buy games.
Selection isn’t bad but place has the some of the worst employees. No desire to be there and take out the fact that they work there on you. Also probably best not to buy older games here the couldn’t find 2 of them I bought said we’re lost, the one I did get dude got his hands all over the disc which is more of a personal thing probably but if I’m paying 40-50 bucks because the game is older and rare maybe not get your hands all over the disc.
My son needed a game and thankfully they had it as well as a other he wanted friendly customer service and heat info and signing me up for their discount card ty game stop ️
My favorite place in the world. The sale person are really nice. They treat you like they know you. All so there really good at the job. I all was feeling so welcome.

Order your controllers from Amazon! It’s literally half the price and arrives 10x faster. This place didn’t even have half the stuff on display.
Never really willing to help.every time i call looking for something they just put me on hold. Never to be picked up again. Im tired of never getting what i need at this location. Need a serious change in customer service.
Workers where not helpful. Kinda rude and not interested in helping me find things. Lazy workers.
