I don't know why they are closed at 3pm on a Wednesday. Very odd. Drove all the way out here for a game they had in stock only for it to be closed and 2 employees chilling behind the counter a man and a women. Weird.
Why is it so impossible just to pick up the phone? Called nearly 10 times in the past hour and no one has dared pick up the phone.
Love everything about GameStop! They go above and beyond with their service. If they don't have something they will find it for you and even help you with warranty issues. They call when your stuff comes in. They are all around the best!
Went at 8pm, website and door shows closes at 9. Kid behind counter refused to give any service as he was about to "close" at 8pm.
