GameStop is awesome place to shop for games they have all kinds of games from PS4 Xbox and Wii all the games that are excellent I'm a PlayStation guy myself so I love getting PlayStation games. I Stay in Lewisville Texas so I go to the Lewisville store off of Round Grove Rd all employees their have good customer service and they are always willing to help you whenever need it.

Never open on time. Never answers the phone. All they have to do is open some doors at noon. I'm not sure what's so hard about being on time to your JOB

The manager here is amazing he's always reminding customers of upcoming sales and he's just always so welcoming really appreciate him every time I enter this location

They have pretty great deals but the customer service tends to be lackluster here, especially from most of the male employees. You go in here and the representatives act like you know nothing about video games or the magazine sub. Not everyone is a mom or dad looking for a game for their kid you know. Plus they push sales and preorders way too hard, probably because that's how they make themselves look good. Word of advice: stop being so pushy because it turns your customers off.

Prestige Gamestop's are the best! Tons of Funko POPs! Great guest service and they do community events all the time! PSVR Demo March 7th 2020!

Very good prices on everything from games, gaming consoles and any extras. The worker was very knowledgeable of all games i asked him about and helped me find the right game for me and my children!

The big white guy with a shaved head was very rude to several customers while i was in The store. He was slamming used video game consoles around seeming very frustrated when a customer decides not to go through on a purchase. Besides the childish behavior i encountered the store is nice.

Had no one in the store and asked for help with finding an item or if they had said item didn't even look up from there phone when they said no.

Amazing customer service. Showed on a Sunday, forgetting they closed early. They let me in to buy a ps3 for my stepson. Didn't even have to acknowledge i was there. Very thankful for that.
