Staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'll use this location again for sure.
Terrible experience here, tall guy with black hair should not be working in a field that requires human interactions, it was my little girl first time at the game store and she was super excited to purchase her first game. I walked in and this guy was lecturing a customer about putting things back where they were I couldn’t believe it then I asked he for some help to find a game and he was upset that I asked him for help, he completely ruined everyone happy mood. He then gave me my receipt in a way that said “get out the store” I personally will not come back to this store if this guys will be helping me.
This is a good location, just a few doors down from the Conroe Target store. As such, plenty of general parking and parking as well. Easy accessibility and suitable for children. The nice young lady working today was extremely patient, courteous and professional. A wide assortment of products from gaming consoles to accessories. Your choice of new, refurbished or pre-owned items. They also purchase most games or consoles from customers.
Man this one guy that works here is extremely rude to me for no reason whatsoever. Really makes it feel like he doesn’t wanna be there at all and I understand that but don’t be spreading that negativity and hate to your customers. Management needs to get involved at this point.
Every time I go to this location I never feel welcomed, the atmosphere feels rushed and a young man that works there he's always annoyed when I ask him questions and he's always rude. Don't recommend this location at all.
I can’t say I’m mad with what I got here the employee in question answered all the questions I had about games being in stock pretty quickly and he gave me all the right answers. The only thing about it was you just don’t feel welcome in this GameStop whatsoever. The atmosphere that he was giving off with a pretty hostile And even when I try to brighten the mood a little bit by talking about assassin’s creed, and which one was his favorite game he still came off a little bit like he didn’t want me to be talking to him or even be in the store. I’ve been to this game stop and had some experience is like this before so it’s not just that one employee.
I’m 16. I don’t want this guy to lose his job or anything so I won’t put his name on here and I’m still pretty chill about it But really he’s just there to do his job, so I’m not super mad about it it would just be nice if you feel a little bit better about going to that GameStop.
