Was lied to about return policy. Staff was extremely unprofessional. Ive gone to alot of Gamestops in my life as i do alot of traveling for work and this was by far my worst experience. Will not be returning to this location.

Elijah was amazing and most helpful! I had been calling several stores looking for something and they would say I don’t have it and that was the end of the conversation she went above and beyond to help me! Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

Spoke to Anthony on the phone, super helpful, and very knowledgeable! One other store was giving me grief on price matching, but Anthony told me what was up, as Corporate agreed as well on the price match situation over at Grand Parkway in Richmond Texas. So thank you Anthony, go here people!

Made a pre order for a game only to come and get it and find the edition I originally asked for was not what the staff member preordered. My fault for not checking the receipt but I know I made it clear when I ordered. Now I have to wait for the version I originally asked for to become available. I understand waiting isn’t hard but it’s the principle. Staff member advocates to pre order so I do, built up the anticipation only to be disappointed and unable to play. Just wish the employee was more concerned with listening then the guy she had sitting on the floor behind the counter when I ordered.

Great customer skills, we had a problem with our online order & Chaz went above & beyond to help us. We’re very happy with our experience & we’d come back to this store again just for him to help us.

I've been coming here since I was in middle school, different people now different items by a land slide. But the environment is always welcoming and cheerful, very helpful I always get a good laugh and come here just to browse around when I'm down because again very welcoming place. Employees will help you a lot, always my go to GameStop been to others and none of them have matched the energy this one has given off.
