My son was looking for a batman game for his PS4 and the gentleman there and another customer helped him pick it out. Thanks for the great customer service especially because I know nothing about video habits.

The girl who helped me was very friendly and deserves amnesty from what I'm about to say: I hate GameStop. They sell games for MSRP like any other place, but they offer discounts that you have to buy a membership for! And when you sell any game to them they offer you peanuts and sell it for $2.50 less than MSRP. The only reason I even go into this store is because they monopolized gaming events so if I want a certain distribution I have to go to them.
Store sucks every time you call they put u on hold that's all the time it so bad that I was in the store no one there I called and they still out me on hold and started f-off store sucks
Been waiting since the posted open time which was 50 minutes ago and Matt, the manager, shows up and tell me 10 more minutes without even apologizing. I'm freezing my *** off out here. Bad customer service.
I went into this Gamestop to check out a few games since I had the money to purchase some. I have been too broke for many years, that I haven't kept up with the latest video games. So I had no idea which games to check out, until a friendly Gamestop associate named Adam approached me. He gave me some great recommendations and on some low cost pre-owned games, with a warranty. I came out of the store with a smile. I definitely will be coming back!
Chris is extremely helpful. I can't say the same for the man named Deon. I called the store to make sure I would be able to trade in my Xbox 360 slim for an Xbox 360 and his response was sure no problem. When I arrived at the store tho he was less than helpful.
Horrible customer service.
I purchased a Xbox one s and it had a power up issue. I called and employee by the name of Don was immediately aggressive and seemed to have an attitude because of was asking about the return policy.
Ive had bad experiences at game stop from products being
sold to me that were taped together to being made out to
look like the bad guy when trying to get monies worth. I
never been to this one although I passed it several times
so i'm just giving a one star to the game stop business in
general where I went to years ago.
Credit card system goes down often. We've gotten 11 games from there and 3 of them have been damaged. Had to take them back for returns or exchanges.
I have been going to this gamestop for 8 years ever since I have moved to Texas. Phenomenal service and awesome employees. I highly reccomend this helpful place and I can't wait to apply here in 1 year.
This is actually the one GameStop where the 2 guys seems like they actually enjoyed their job and we talked about all kind of games for a while before I even finished my purchase.
This Gamestop is AWESOME. Multiple times they have helped me with faulty/broken accessories and never cease to amaze me. I would highly recommend this specific Gamestop store as I have never had an experience as great as this at any other store. Even if it's a longer drive, give this Gamestop a try.
Okay. First of all loyal game stop customer going to game stop site and searching for a product that is available.at a certain store and to drive and waste gas. After putting a product on hold. To be told we cannot find the product ask come back in the afternoon the busiest hour.my advice to you is not to put things on hold because they might not be able to find them not serving the customers to take time to find products is bad customer service.
Phenomenal customer service! This praise is for you, Adam, Jeremy and Mike, for going the extra mile for one *occasional* customer. As long as you guys are at this location, the Bandera store will be my "go to" for gaming needs.
Cool place nice workers so far answered all my questions an some lots of help on good games an not just anything to sale a game.
