Workers are very hard working and strive to make your experience enjoyable to their best abilities. It's just a shame they don't get the recognition they deserve from their district & regional management.

Since Mussy has left they've gone downhill and it's sad because they now try to force preorders on you and when you dont do it or cancel they give you attitude about it. I mean it's like sorry but there is life outside of preordering something. Plus if I gonna do that, I'll get it digitally and only games that I know that I'll for sure play.

This is a reliable place to score what you need. But a few years ago, new management fired everybody and the people we knew were gone for no reason. Now they seem to have a lot of employee turnover.

Good place to get games for your Xbox and Nintendo switch’s and the guy at the counter was nice will recommend!

Long lines. This store needs more associates but WOW the service Anthony has excellent customer service and will be the reason I come back.

I wasn't impressed by the service at this location. Normally Gamestop is a favorite for me, however it took me almost 30 minutes to check out. I went in with a specific game in mind and found it immediately. With only one cashier and seven customers it was very hard to have the patience for the wait. I'm still going to give them a chance and will follow up.

My son's favorite spot. Good rates on previously owned games. Friendly staff at the Baytown & Kemah locations.

This place use to be super bad until Missy came here and turned it around. If this keeps up, this will end up being one of the better ones like the one in Crosby.

This store has great staff members! They have pretty much gotten me back into console gaming after a 10 year hiatus, very knowledgable and engaging!

This store is not layed out very well and the employees didnt seem to have any interest in us, just talking amongst themselves.

This is the best place to get games and controllers cashier was friendly and kind to will recommend.

Customer service was horrible. The guy that "helped" me didn't know much about the gaming headsets or Yeti microphone. I was looking to spend $300 - $400.

This is a great location that has more stock than just games and gaming systems. They have all sorts of game and comic memorabilia such as action figures, plushies, collectible card game packs, and gift cards not strictly applicable to Game Stop. Also, when I have visited this store, I have found the staff are typically polite, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their store and the products it both sells and plans to sell (such as games or systems that have a pending release). Baytown used to have four video game stores and there are reasons that this is the only one left. Quite simply put, the majority of Baytonians shop here for all their gameing and game related wants.

I ordered the fish tacos but I noticed my lettuce was kinda old and not fresh. I did notice my friends chicken parm was looking rather divine! Overall I would come back again but next time order something else.

I had problems with my PRO membership card and the two employees at the cashier were very nice and they helped me with the issue. The cashier I believe her name is Jacquline is very knowledgeable and will help you with any questions you have. The staff overall here is very helpful. Definitely buying my games here

They stop selling old games. If your a game store then sell all the games not just the new ones

Helpful staff. My son has the membership there not sure if that's why we get the choice between cash or store credit for games we bring in.

My kids love this place, great deals on games and have a variety of different game systems and games

Don't love the prices (whether buying or selling), but sometimes it's the only place in town that has that slightly obscure game. Cool shirts sometimes.
