16 Great experience as always, picked up a number of games for a reasonable price.
Good service, everything was labeled and easy to find, store was clean and following social distancing protocol only allowing a limited number of people in store at one time.

I stopped in to get my daughter a new game. The guys behind the counter could tell right away I was out of my element and were very accommodating. Didn't mind explaining things and were very helpful. A+ in my book.
Very, very, very bad customer service. We rather go to a further location than to deal with this guys nonsense! And on the trade in some guy twice has tried to cheat us on the trade in value, then saying it was a mistake!
I love the staff here! They are fun to talk to, always have great suggestions, and are informative about the games and software. They know how to keep it professional, but also how to relate to the customer. They are amazing.

Lovely place for otakus/gamers also this place sells headphones, consoles, anime figures, videogames and xcetera Contains some cheaper things that you can find in Walmart or bestbuy also it might contain more games than bestbuy. I recommend to be your first stop if your looking for videogames and xcetera
Lady cashier looked stoned.mumbled most of the time so I couldn't hear her. Go in there with already knowing what you want because chances are your not going to get good service.
The checkout system is grossly out of date and it takes forever to get anything done. It also seems like they are always training a new person when I get to the counter. They are friendly most of the time and usually a good source of gaming information.
Casual and conventional sells representatives, I saw all the nasty reviews. I have neen shopping there since 2007 there always really helpful. And yeah they giggle and laugh cause they have a fun job.

It's a really good sometimes it puts frowns but most of the times they are upside down mostly in my opinion IT'S the BEST in town
