Jeff at the Brodie LN store was very knowledgeable not only on the games and system but also on what inventory he had available. He helped me find the perfect gift for my nephews birthday! Jeff thank you for great service. I recommend this store to my friends and family!

Good staff and some what professional.
But Dude who sold me the game looked stoned af and said to me “what’s up cat”?
Not the way you need to address a customer.
He was nice and all, just don’t sell me a game for $40 that’s not even in the plastic.it was the last one apparently.
A game they said they used for display only.but I didn’t trust it at all.
Especially since everywhere else is charging $20 for the same game brand new in the plastic.
It was for a gift so that matters.
I could sense a little attitude from her but its okay.
Plus I had to go back a second time because they didn’t refund me the warranty. Honest mistake on her part but still.

Gamestop is like my life i love video games but also love the posite attitude that the employes give u and once u walk inside gamestop its like walking into the future where everything is unknown and all u wanna do is know basically im saying i but not just me we the people love u gamestop keep up the great work we love

Extremely friendly staff, some of the nicest GameStop employees I've met in a long time. Also got almost $30 for my Splatoon 2, made Smash Bros Ultimate like $40 with tax. Awesome! And they had some good pointers about great games that are coming out and other deals too. Honestly I've avoided GameStop for years and this recent experience might be changing my opinion a little.

These store always goes above and beyond for me. Jeff is definitely doing an amazing job of running this store. Thank you guys so much for always helping me out.

This is the best GameStop I've ever been to. The staff is great and knowledgeable about video games, and they do late night releases for most big games. It's all you could want in a game store.

Went in for help on buying a new gaming system.upon asking the manager, Jeff, about system and Perks that came along with the store rewards program all he could say was he didn't really know along with "I'm just the store manager I just sell them". Wasn't helpful at all. Asked a few more questions and continued to get the same answer. Very unprofessional in the way he talked to us. We came in about an hour before closing knowing what we came in for and felt as if we were a bother being there. This isn't the first time we have visited this location nor was it the fist time we have spoken with the manager, we were treated the same way both times, as if we were a bother. Won't be returning to this location. Not good customer service.

Went in on Christmas Eve and they were busy, but all of the employees were super helpful and so nice. They answered all of my questions!

I consider this place overpriced. They take you to the cleaners on your trade ins. If you're not going to give people good value on their trade-ins then perhaps you should lower the cost when you resell it.guy working at this location was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Knowledgeable employees, but store is organized haphazardly and could edit and keep some stock in the back.

The place to go if you are a gamer. I like the bin full of discounted items and the staff is very friendly and engaging in conversations when it comes to whats hot and whats not.
