Rude. Ignorant of store policy’s and deliberately mislabeled items. Stay away and order online from anywhere else.

I was here earlier today and the lady working here was awesome, she unfortunately didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but was so friendly, fun and inviting I just have to leave her a good review! Not to mention she got my “sidekick” keyboard reference which made my day! Didn’t catch her name but thanks for the help and advice!

Everything it's excellent, but I got a presale for 2 Pops, arrive date was 7/30/2020 and I'm still waiting for those Pops.
I understand there's not GameStop issue, but, GameStop can investigate what's the deal with it.

I regularly shop here with my girlfriend whenever we need our gamer fix. The staff is super friendly and the store is really well maintained. Probably, the best store in Houston tbh.

I bought a refurbished xbox one here and the power supply was broken. I brought it back and the store fixed replaced the broken power supply.

Nothing special here. Just another GameStop. Some of the employees are ok, but most act like they're annoyed that you're asking questions.
Unless they think you're a true 'gamer', you're wasting their time. No advice here. Unless you know what you're going in to get, you're better off doing your homework about a game online.

The staff here were eeally helpful. Helped me get a refund for a defective ps4 spiderman game sold. They also were very knowledgeable about videogames and had great customer service. Thank you.

Great place to buy games! When we got our Nintendo switch they could not be more helpful! We will certainly come back.

Went after work to find the gates closed and the store closed more than 30 minutes early. I get out of work at 8: 00 PM, made it the in less than 20 minutes and they shut it down, not cool.

This is such a great place to buy games! The employees, Sean in particular, love recommending and talking about games. I love coming here, and will continue to come here for my games.

Counter person didn't order the 2nd that I wanted.the receipt didn't show the games that I wanted to order. I asked him and he said they were both ordered. I received one game a few days later. I called this ""prestige" store.couldn't help me.had to call a 1 800 number. I was told only one game was ordered.thanks for making my son's bday "special". Never going to that "prestige" store again.other GameStop employees have told me that store has alot of complaints.they only care about getting a top notch review so they can keep their "prestige" title.hope ya like this review

This location was great to visit! The guy that helped me with my purchase was very helpful and friendly and explained the product to me before the purchase to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed.

I'm not a frequent GameStop shopper; but I'll definitely recommend this location to y peers who enjoy purchasing physical copies of games.

And who knows, maybe I'll need to buy a new controller or accessory sometime in the near future. Great location!

Manager is nice and the employees are helpful and friendly. They even installed the screen protector on my switch.

Went in looking for a Xbox remote. Just a cheap one I saw online. Asked where I could find it when I got to the store and was pointed to 3 different racks. Finally I found it at the 3rd rack. Two employees behind the counter, I was the only person in the store. Just feel one of them could have helped me locate it. Idk
