Amazing store always get me taken care of. Earlier today Ray helped me out when I could tell he was already busy but little things like this are the reason I will keep visiting y’all over the digital marketplaces!

Great place even has the Japanese token machine I like which sadly my normal one in cleburne tx doesn't have anymore

Very informed and helpful staff. GameStops are an important place for gamers to go and make purchases of new releases since they will pre-order most titles before release date.
They also offer a great layaway plan.
GameStop will accept most current generation platform games and systems for trade-in for cash or better yet in-store credit.
Character collectibles, memorabilia, figurines, and board games are in abundance in this excellent neighborhood staple for video-gaming hobbyists and budgeting parents.
*There are also neat mechanical prize/candy vending machines for the smaller little ones to be pre-occuppied with while mom and/or dad, grandparents, etc speak with friendly staff for assistance in upcoming birthday or holiday gift surprises.
***If you are someone looking to buy a gift for a kiddo who is into gaming yet not very videogame savy you will have no problem walking into this organized boutique and being soon on your way with something great in your hands thanks to the truly dedicated staff.

Not the closest location to my home, but staff is usually friendly and helpful. Nice enough that I go 15 minutes out of my way to avoid the location about 5 minutes from my house.

Always helpful and willing to listen to your wants/needs. I can easily recommend this place for anyone to look for consoles/games/accessories.

We drive out of our way to go to this Gamestop, the manager is beyond nice, and there's always good deals! I've only been shopping here for the last 6 months and no complaints, I tell all my friends to go to this one over the others!

The manager Ray is the nicest guy you could ever meet. He treats every customer like a friend, he'll chat with you and has a lot of good info about various questions. He answered every question flawlessly. This is the only gamestop I'll shop at while he's the team lead and if he left I'd drive out of my way to visit him at whatever store he goes to next. Clean store with top notch customer service.

Literally have been calling for the last FOUR HOURS no answers ALONG WITH ALWAYS SENDING ME TO VOICEMAIL. CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER GOING TO THIS GAMESTOP!

I️ bought a game 3 days ago, brand new, paid 64 dollars.
Played it didn’t like it.
Tried to return it and was rejected, was told policy is once it’s opened it can’t be returned.
Instead they offered me 22 in credit.
Are you serious.
How am I️ suppose to know if I️ like the game or not if I️ can’t open it and play it.
Wow. Biggest scam in the world. I️ tried to give game stop the benefit of the doubt, but this is the last straw.

Good place have lots of stuff the rewards card is amazing you don't have to extra paying things i come here a lot just a great place wonderful staff they don't bother you like every 5 minutes there great just a great gamestop

Great store with great people. Couldn't ask for more. I recommend this place to anyone. If you have questions feel free to ask the staff they're as cool as the other side of the pillow.

Definitely would recommend this place to others. Staff are great and well Gamestop speaks for itself when it comes to it's business, awesome games!

It's good for the most part. Our biggest complaint is that they had empty boxes of the NES Classic Edition and didn't have any for sale
