Dr Gamez is by far the most trustworthy and professional optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of entrusting my eyes. I have been a patient of hers for over ten years and each visit is just the same pleasurable experience as the first. After 2 years of not updating my prescription, I decided to visit this office and I was not disappointed. They had good COVID protocol, took your temperature before letting you come inside and made you wear a mask. Dr. Penny Gámez was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome. She has good bedside manners and made sure to explain everything throughly. Never had such a great experience such as this one at the optometrist. Also the copay was the cheapest I’ve ever paid, only $10 for an eye exam! So glad I found a provider I love and trust for years to come.

Dr. Gamez is really professional, friendly and so funny. She makes my eye appointment easy. She offers solutions when it comes to providing great customer service. I have trusted her with my eye needs for the past 7+ yrs will continue to see her annually. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Gamez is amazing! She always makes me feel like I’m her only patient! She worked on my contact lens prescription until she found the right ones so I don’t have to wear reading glasses! She’s the best!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gamez for 14 years. I found her after another eye doctor messed up my prescription and damaged my eyes. I only trust my eyes to Dr. Gamez. Although she’s not in network with my insurance, I pay out of pocket just to see her. Lulu is also so pleasant anytime I get her on the phone. I highly recommend them!

Great experience this morning. Check in was smooth and effortless. Staff was professional and efficient. I believe I saw Dr. Naidoo today. She was amazing and had the sweetest attitude despite what's going on in the world. Blessings and prosperity to this company during this time.

This facility use to have an excellent service, however lately I have been greatly disappointed how front desk treats their patients. My mother was extremely excited to see the sweet doctor, but the front desk lady yelled and was extremely rude to my mother. She showed no professionalism, no customers service, nor an adequate patient care.

I’ve come here Several times but I will not be returning. I made an attempt to get my prescription that had not expired. I called before I came to make sure the office was open. The receptionist, Lulu, told me they were only open for appointments. She then tired to set up an appointment. I explained that I only needed a copy of my prescription and I wanted to confirm if they were open before I drove there. She then took my name and address as if she was going to mail the prescription. Lulu told me I would have to have Schedule a new eye exam. When I brought to her attention my exam was not expired. She then proceeded to ask me For my new vision benefits. When I asked to have the doctor call me back she replied “I will call you back. ” I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

My whole family goes to Dr. Gamez & we love how caring, down to earth, heart warming & honest she is. Her staff is also very friendly & respectful.
