5Gap has changed their return policy from 60 to 30 days. I had an online order I needed to return and missed the return window by 12 days. I understand I was late, but was out of town for almost 3 weeks caring for my dad who was in poor health. Gap refused my return. The 2 items I purchased are still full price online today. They wouldn’t even offer a return for store credit. So now I am out almost $200. This just seems like a bad return policy. The store manager suggested calling customer service and they gave me the same answer. “No returns accepted after 30 days for any reason. ” I’ve been a Gap customer for years, but there’s no way I’ll continue to be a customer after this. I’d give zero stars if I could.
They do not let you process online returns here even though their own website directs you to this one exact store. When they refused to process my return they said they knew it was an issue.
Wasting customers times with a known "issue"? What a terrible experience with an inconsiderate company.

Makayla and Carla are absolutely awesome. I had an issue with an online order and the went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out. I definitely appreciate the time they spent on the phone trying to help me resolve the issue.
